Okay but tired, worn
Pros:

We’ve stayed there before years ago, it’s obviously aged without much updating
Our room was relatively clean… but worn
The furniture was chipped, loose toilet seat I’d tightened, poor caulking around the sink
One had to turn the shower handle to the hottest setting for a decent shower
The pool apron gets wet and very slippery without a proper non skid rubber apron
The breakfast was decent, never really hot , with bananas only available one of the four mornings we were there
Overall, for the price we’d paid, it wasn’t terrible, but we’ve stayed at other Hamptons that were much better
Also, the mattress provided little support

Shower had extra nozzles for a more spa like experience

Cons:

Lights out in main reception bathroom, no pillow for the sofa bed, took 10 minutes for hot water to flow, window was fogged up/broken seal, felt a little old and unkept in the entire hotel, there was a water hammering sound in the pipes, which felt like construction work was going on next to our hotel room. It was that loud.
