Great stay, great staff!
Pros:

Easy check in. All of the front desk staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfasts were great, lots of hot options. Room was very clean, comfy bed, nice quality linens/towels

Cons:

Wish they offered some type of outside seating area for groups to gather.

Great Location; Adequate Comfort
Pros:

Booking and digital key via the app were seamlessly efficient. Pleasant reception associate kindly adjusted my initial room choice to a room which best suited my preferences; truly appreciated that. No view, however, busy highway lane running North via I-71 was super close and somehow pleasantly peaceful from inside my room. I appreciated being able to get a quiet night’s sleep and having easy access to the on-ramp for my drive home the next morning. There was a Starbucks with drive-thru about a block or so west of the hotel on Montgomery Rd. I was able to grab my usual order and return to my hotel room on the morning of check-out with no issues coming or going once I was packed and ready to leave. Checking out on the app was equally convenient to the digital check-in process, saved me valuable time. The property appeared to feature a popular breakfast option for guests to enjoy during their stay, however, I did not take up the offerings on this particular visit. My room was reasonably comfortable and I was able to adjust the room temperature to my preferred temperature throughout my stay. I wish the track for the blackout room curtains fully extended the entire length of the windows, but not a deal breaker. Also, as an allergy sufferer, I’d love to see more properties continue to renovate away from wall to wall carpets in favor of LVP and a simple area rug by the beds if required by a particular brand. This property presented an acceptable value given the location and amenities. It didn’t appear to be one of the nicer/ recently renovated properties as far as the actual quarters apart from the shower and vanity updates, however, for quick stays and basic needs, this property met my overall expectations for the <$150 I paid.

Pros:

The location is perfect plenty to do in the area. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The refrigerators are basically just coolers without ice if you have little ones that drink milk it will keep it just cool enough to not go bad

Okay but tired, worn
Pros:

We’ve stayed there before years ago, it’s obviously aged without much updating
Our room was relatively clean… but worn
The furniture was chipped, loose toilet seat I’d tightened, poor caulking around the sink
One had to turn the shower handle to the hottest setting for a decent shower
The pool apron gets wet and very slippery without a proper non skid rubber apron
The breakfast was decent, never really hot , with bananas only available one of the four mornings we were there
Overall, for the price we’d paid, it wasn’t terrible, but we’ve stayed at other Hamptons that were much better
Also, the mattress provided little support
