Pros:

This place could be charmful if it was taking care of. Hot water, good matress, pleasant garden

Cons:

No coffee available
mosquitos in the room
Staff doesnt pick up the phone
You have to wait a long time to check in because person in charge and admin are located in another place

Overall a good experience

Cons:

Gradia 1 did not have coffee shop for breakfast so we had to walk to Gradia 2, but still it was ok. Menu was same everyday which needed to be changed

Like the surrounding garden. Very pleasant . Rooms don’t have iron and rooms are small
Pros:

Being singaporean , I am surprised there is no bread and butter. Food is heavy for breakfast

Cons:

For 3 bedrooms there are only 2 bathrooms and we have 8 pax
