Very suitable for family gathering. Very Room is comfotable well maintained.

도착 했을때 시설이 형편 없었고
아침은 7시부터 시작이라 먹지도 못했고

Cooperative staff, location near to Batu attractions, they can customise breakfast while no choice for veggies.

Cons:

Bit old fashioned, look less clean esp pool, bathroom, hot water and water pressure issue. You need to pay 500k deposit which looks bit weird.

Wonderful Stay!
Pros:

The ambience, the staff sooo helpful. The villa itself so comfy. Location so close to everywhere.
You will never regret to stay at this villa. They are so many option you will have for breakfast.
The villa so affordable. Trust me! You will love it to stay at Gradia Family Hotel 2.
Even in their cafe the food was so good.

Cons:

Some of the facilities are not functional. Such as tv and the waterheater.
The tv will stop suddently, dont know how. And the waterheater itself need a time to be operate.

Our accommodations were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the amenities provided added to the overall comfort of the room.

Another highlight of our stay was the breakfast offered by the hotel. While not extravagant, the breakfast spread was quite good, with a variety of options to choose from. Whether you prefer a hearty meal to start your day or something lighter, there was something for everyone. The dining area was pleasant, and the staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

The hotel also boasted a nice pool area, which was perfect for relaxing and unwinding. However, it's worth noting that the water temperature was quite cool, in line with the overall climate of the city.

Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the center of Batu was a definite plus. It made it easy to explore the city's attractions, restaurants, and shops without having to travel far, adding convenience to our stay.

Cons:

However, our otherwise enjoyable experience was marred by a minor inconvenience. On one occasion, the water unexpectedly went out while I was using the toilet. While this was a temporary issue and was quickly resolved by the hotel staff, it was still an inconvenience that detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.
