くまちゃん、だいじにします！

娘の誕生日旅行だと事前に伝えておいたら、泊まる部屋にクマの人形のプレゼントが置いてあって、子どもがとても喜んでいました。そのくまちゃんと一緒にハウステンボスを満喫できてとても良かった。
後は、ハウステンボスからめっちゃ近いのがいいなと思ったのと、朝ごはんが美味しかったです。次は夕食も食べてみたいと思いました。

Cons:

大浴場が思っていたより小さかったのと、部屋から大浴場までめちゃくちゃ遠かったので、子どもと歩いていくのに時間がかかったことくらい。

普通です。もう少し笑顔での対応があって欲しかったです

嚥下障害のある息子の食事がミキサー食なので、レトルトを持ち込みました
客用の電子レンジがないということで、事前に温めて貰えるか確認し食品３種とタッパーをフロントの方に手渡して温めて貰うことが出来ました
一品お椀に入ってフィルムの蓋を剥がして温めて貰う物があり、温めた後、剥がしたままの状態で手渡された時は不親切だなと感じました
フロントからエレベーターに乗って行くことを考えてラップで保護するというサービスがあっても良いので
はないかと思いました
ハウステンボスの１DAYパスポートを購入し、夜の花火を楽しみにしていました。再入場が２０時だと知らずに過ぎて行ったらもう入れないと言われました
パスポート購入時に教えて欲しかったです

景色がオランダにいるかのように海外旅行気分でした。
Pros:

せこせこしていなく、ゆったり過ごす事ができた。

Cons:

レストランの夕食バイキングの終わりが早かった。ハウステンボスの閉園に合わせてくれたら、もう少しゆっくり過ごせたかな？
