Cons:

Booking.com で予約した同僚の旅程を解約する必要があったが、煩雑で時間もかかり大変だった、ホテルオークラさんの対応のおかげで何とかなった。オークラさんには感謝するとともに、今後のBookkng.comでは解約などがよりスムースに済むように改善の検討を促したい。

特別感のあるホテル
Pros:

カナルクルーザーでの入国は特別感があり、部屋も広くて眺めが良かった。
疲れて戻って、温泉に入れるのもありがたかった。
和食の朝食でしたが、ご当地グルメがあり、美味しかった。値段も安くて良かった。

ホテルのリッチ、ロケーションと朝食は最高w
Pros:

綺麗で天然温泉も楽しめて、ロケーションもとても良かったです。
また、朝食がとても良い！時間いっぱい使ってたくさんの美味しい食事（長崎のお食事も）楽しめました。

Cons:

チェックアウトの日にハウステンボスに遊びに行く予定にしていましたが、その日の宿泊が満室だったため駐車場をハウステンボス側に移動して欲しいとチェックアウト手続き時に言われたので、チェックインの時にそう言ったお話はお聞きしたかったです。

ホテルの内装広さ豪華さ、それにホテルマンの立ち振舞い、こんなに素敵なとこに泊まれるなんて、生きてて良かったと思います。
