La ubicación era la mejor que tenía el alojamiento, es un hotel-restaurante
No me gustaron varias cosas…lo primero es que no tienen ningún ventilador en la habitación, la cama es incómoda y al moverte un centímetro cruje y se escucha muchísimo.
Al estar en un sitio tan céntrico y no haber ventilación, por las noches tienes que abrir las ventanas y se escucha TODO lo que pasa en la calle, estuve más de 1 hora escuchando a un trabajador limpiando con agua a presión la plaza entera.
El colchón y la ubicación
El olor del pasillo, el ruido de la terraza para dormir con la ventana abierta (sin aire acondicionado), la limpieza, profunda del baño y toallas no muy limpias. WiFi no iba y TV sin un mando útil. Sin perchas en baño ni en habitación.
Desayuno: ¿2 cafés y una magdalena envasada por 6,70€?
Aunque está situado en una plaza de ocio nocturno donde hay un restaurante, las ventanas de las habitaciones aíslan perfectamente el ruido.
Desde que entré, noté un fuerte y constante olor a comida tanto en los pasillos principales como en el interior de mi habitación, lo cual resultaba muy incómodo para descansar. La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. Es una pena, porque la ubicación del hotel es excelente y el personal de recepción fue amable, pero el mantenimiento y la ventilación de las estancias deben mejorar.

It was in good location, but unfortunately that was the only positive. The accommodation had an unpleasant smell and the hygiene did not seem good at all, although we could have accepted that for one night if we had felt safe.
Almost immediately after check-in, a very angry man was shouting in the hallway, swearing, banging on doors, arguing loudly, and it sounded like things were being broken. We locked ourselves in our room for around 20 minutes while he kept coming back and banging around the hallway, including near our door. After we left and messaged the property, they did not reply to us at all, and later, during Booking.com’s handling of the situation, they denied that the incident had happened.
