駅前で交通の便はいいと思います。
ただ、駅前なので、踏切の音・電車の音が遅くまで聞こえるので気になりました。

南信州観光の拠点にしたい
Pros:

連泊したのでアメニティのボディタオルを翌日も使おうと思い取っておいたところ、捨てられており、替えのボディタオルもなかった。また、トイレのゴミ箱も中身は回収していただけたが部屋に置きっぱなしだった（清掃途中で他の作業があったのか…？）
上記の点が残念ではあったけれど、伊那北駅の目の前であることと、伊那バスターミナルと伊那市駅からも歩いて10分程度なので便利です。

快適にすごせました！
Pros:

スタッフの皆さん、とてもステキでした。
朝、お風呂や朝食のために部屋をでたとき、ベットメイキングの女性から明るく挨拶されて、とてもよかったです。

朝食もおいしかったです。

部屋はテーブルの下の木の部分に穴が空いていたり、はげているところがあるので、修繕したほうがよいかもしれません。
イスのクッションがへたっていました。
ベッドはとてもよくて、ぐっすり寝られました。

スタッフの対応も丁寧で、ベッドも広く、大浴場もあり、てとても快適なホテルです。
ただ、すぐ目の前がJRの駅なので、遮断機が下りる時の音がハッキリ聞こえてしまうのが、少し残念でした。

Pros:

部屋のカップに添えられているのが粉茶と梅茶だったのでかき混ぜるスティックもしくはアイスキャンディーの棒みたいのでもあるといいなと思いました。
