Ubicación diez, calidad precio genial.
Pros:

Hotel céntrico, perfecta ubicación, al lado de todo. Limpio y agradable, habitación cómoda, baño amplio y personal super bien.

Cons:

Las almohadas, pero eso es mi lucha particular en los hoteles.

La aptitud positiva y muy prifesional de la Srta Mara q nos resolvio todos nuestros problemas.La ubicacion.

Cons:

El hotel no se corresponde con un 4 estrellas ni las prestaciomes de los mismos.Desayuno pobre.Mejor irse a las cafeterias de la calle Uria o Plaza de la Catedral.Las Colchas parecen roidas...

Good position and very helpful staff but room design very poor.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Position was excellent

Cons:

The room looked lovely but it has issues. Firstly the wardrobe space was tiny. You could hardly put any clothes in there due to a big internal pillar. We complained and they went out and purchased a portable hanging rail. So the staff did try to help and dealt with our complaint but for an allegedly superior room this was poor.
Second the bathroom was very stylish looking but again impractical. The two sinks were extremely small and the plugs did not work. They were basically the size of a mixing bowl. Plus the mirrors were strange so you had to stand in a particular place to see in them. Definitely style over substance.
Breakfast was adequate but not great.

Staff were so friendly & helpful, breakfast was lovely. Room was nice and the hotel is in a good location close to the old town and a parking lot within a quick walk from hotel

Oviedo ist eine sehr schöne, interessante Stadt, das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert.

Alles! Sehr angenehmes Hotel, sehr gut gelegen. Perfekt sauber. Personal ungemein nett und hilfreich. Kann ich nur bestens empfehlen!
