Fijne plek om te overnachten

Leuke locatie midden in een levendig gebied met winkels, barretjes en restaurants

Cons:

De airco werkt niet naar behoren.
Wij vonden de vriendelijkheid van de receptiemedewerkers te wensen overlaten. Ze waren kortaf, we voelden ons eerder wat teveel dan welkom.

Because of those two issues, my stay was not pleasant

Cons:

The WiFi not existing at all, the staff at the reception ask me for 100€ cash security deposit apparently according to the policy of the hotel which he did not show me. At the end he did take the money after I raised the voice. I don’t know maybe because I am black. because after me at the reception they was this couple of white people that he did not ask them for cash deposit.

Hotel in guter Lage,zur Rhein-Galerie und zum Mannheimer Schloß
Mein Fahrrad konnte kostenlos in der Tiefgarage des Hotels am Fahrradständer angeschlossen stehen
Im Foyer gab es kalte Erfrischungsgetränke gratis
Frühstücksbüfett sehr reichhaltig,wenn man rechtzeitig da war

Cons:

Die Dame beim Service war mehr damit beschäftigt,die ZimmerNr zu notieren - o.k. das ist auch wichtig - als das Buffet auffüllen zu lassen.
An so einem heißen Tag,darf das Wasser nicht leer werden!
