Careful with which room you book!
Cons:

I booked a room because it said in the description it featured a bathtub. I arrive at the hotel and the receptionist just stares at me and says nothing. I get to my room, no bathtub. The receptionist was very rude and said I should take it up to Booking, which I did. And only after that they were open to give me options or, in this case, a room with a bathtub. The whole experience was really unpleasant and the bathtub was really small. I am definitely never coming back.

Wir kommen nicht wieder.
Cons:

Parkplatz müsste billiger sein. Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption (zu mindestens bei einem Mitarbeit) lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Das Verhalten würde ich als frech und anmaßend bezeichnen.

Einfach enttäuschend und schrecklich!
Cons:

Sehr schlecht alles! Als wir ins zimmer ankamen, waren die Betten unordentlich und die gardinen hingen runter und war nicht befestigt. Fotos sind vorhanden! Duschkabine ging nicht richtig zu boden war voll mit staub und dreck. Trotz das wir 1 doppelbett gebucht haben, haben wir zwei einzelbetten zusammen bekommen die mit Reifen befestigt waren Wo in der nacht sehr unbequem waren und es die ganzezeit auseinander gerollt sind. Zimmer war kalt. Keine Parkmöglichkeit, überteuertes parken knapp 27€ für eine nacht.

Sehr unprofessionelles personal.

Pros:

Insgesamt ein sehr positives Erlebnis. Die Zimmer sind modern und einfach eingerichtet, die Betten bequem und das Zimmer komplett abdunkelbar. Die Sauna ist in perfektem Zustand und der Fitnessbereich für ein Hotel außergewöhnlich und umfasst zahlreiche Kraftgeräte (auch Freihanteln und Kettleballs), sowie Cardio-Geräte, die auch in sehr gutem Zustand sind.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, allerdings nicht sehr besonders. Die Brotauswahl war sehr eingeschränkt.

(Und es schneite, das macht die Aussicht schöner)

Cons:

Dass das Reinigungspersonal uns geweckt hat. Wir schlafen gerne aus am Wochenende.
