Great location, perfect accommodation, excellent value for the price
Pros:

The room size met Japanese standards; the room was very clean and the mattresses were comfortable. We’ll definitely stay at this hotel again next time. The hotel arranged for us to park in a public underground parking garage within walking distance at a discounted rate.

Cons:

There's nothing to complain about; everything was fine.

Restful and convenient!
Pros:

トイレ以外は文句なし！
Pros:

ロケーションが良い。繁華街の真ん中で近くにコンビニや商店街がある。部屋が広めでベッドも大きめで快適。ユニットバスも広めで湯船も大きかった。鹿児島空港行きバス停まで徒歩圏内。

Cons:

なぜかトイレの便器の汚れが目立った。掃除したのか？

Pros:

駐車場の仕組みが分かりづらかったのですが、どのスタッフも本当に丁寧に教えてくださり
こちらの質問にも嫌な顔ひとつせず、こちらが理解をするまで丁寧に説明してくださいました。
初めての鹿児島で予定もパンパンで大変だった中、親切な対応に、本当に気持ちがよくなりました。

また利用したい良いホテル
Pros:

新しくはないが、とても清潔で広々とした快適な部屋だった。立地もよくどこへ行くにもアクセスが良かった。山形屋や空港バス停まで近く便利。

Cons:

基本的には、スタッフの対応がとても良かっが、事務的な対応のスタッフもいたのはちょっと残念。

Pros:

洗濯乾燥機が多いため、長期滞在にちょうどよかったです。また朝食が美味しく毎朝の楽しみでした。ホテルも広く清潔で立地もよくまた泊まりたいと思いました。

Cons:

ホテル自体の問題ではないのですが、上の階の方の足音がドスドスすごく、またそれが夜1時くらいまで続き朝早くにも聞こえていたので滞在中はずっと寝不足でした。
自分で足音を確かめてみましたが、響きそうな構造ではなかったので不思議でした。ホテルに伝えれば対応していただけたとは思いますが、そこそこ混んでおり生活音なので仕方ないかなと思いました。

残念
Pros:

自分が赴く場所に近く便利でした。施設の方の対応は良かったです。

Cons:

窓からは機械室のような壁で、何も景色が見えない場所だった。朝の光も感じず、天気もわからなかった。なんかすごく損した感じ。同じ日に同じ値段で予約した友達は、眺めの良い上層階だったので、なおさら残念でした。
