PERFEKT
Pros:

Wir hatten einen rundum wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Atmosphäre war von Anfang an ruhig und sehr angenehm, sodass man sofort abschalten konnte. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das außergewöhnlich freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal – man hat wirklich gemerkt, dass hier nicht nur der Umgang mit den Gästen stimmt, sondern auch das Team untereinander harmoniert.

Ein absolutes Highlight war die Massage bei Frau Blum – mit Abstand die wohltuendste Massage, die ich je erleben durfte.

Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war herausragend. Wir reisen viel, aber eine so große Auswahl in dieser Qualität sieht man wirklich selten. Alles war frisch, liebevoll angerichtet und einfach unglaublich lecker.

Der Wellnessbereich war ebenfalls wunderschön gestaltet – sehr geschmackvoll, ästhetisch und perfekt zum Entspannen. Insgesamt haben wir uns jederzeit extrem wohlgefühlt.

Es war eine rundum gelungene Auszeit mit einer durchweg positiven Stimmung im gesamten Hotel. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Nettes Hotel nah am Rhein
Pros:

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, die Frühstücks/Lounge Räumlichkeiten sowie die Terasse mit Blick auf den Rhein. Das Deluxe Doppelzimmer ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

"Nicht gefallen" wäre übertrieben... etwas sportlich war der Preis in der Vorsaison, der Teppichboden in dem Zimmer ist nicht so allergikerfreundlich, die verkehrstechnisch gute Anbindung hört man bei offenem Fenster und eine richtige Hotelbar fehlte uns und die Aufbackbrötchen sind verbesserungswürdig.

Trotzdem würden wir das Hotel empfehlen und auch wieder dort buchen.

Gute Lage und Frühstück, kleine Abstriche beim Service und der Sauberkeit.

Die Lage des Hotels hat uns sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere die schöne Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer auf den Rhein. Zudem war das Zimmer angenehm ruhig. Die Ausstattung wirkte insgesamt hochwertig, auch wenn aus unserer Sicht einzelne Bereiche sauberer hätten sein können.

Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und ließ kaum Wünsche offen – für unterschiedliche Geschmäcker war etwas dabei, und die Getränke waren im Preis enthalten. Positiv war auch, dass Parkplätze vom Hotel angeboten wurden, diese erschienen uns bei höherem Gästeaufkommen jedoch teilweise begrenzt.

Beim Service haben wir unterschiedliche Eindrücke gesammelt; stellenweise hätten wir uns einen noch freundlicheren Umgang gewünscht.

Pros:

The staff is super professional and helpful. I arrived quite early, however my room was made up quickly, could get breakfast. The spa is nice, massage is great, room is great. Was a real nice experience- a gem.
