Great to be in a central locality and in a comfortable welcoming place.
Pros:

Good views from a clean and tidy apartment room. A warm welcome at reception. Everything required was in the apartment. It was a place to relax in and most satisfactory and central. It was in a good area to the places we were visiting.

Cons:

The noise of police cars or ambulances disturbed my sleep a few times but it was a Saturday night and our place was at the front of the building. I shall plan to use ear plugs when I travel in the future.

Clean, modern, and quiet.
Pros:

Great location, a few steps from the Underground station.

Cons:

A little tricky to find the room initially, no stairs so you must use the lift.
But not a huge problem once you’ve work it out.

Great apartment
Pros:

Perfect central location near several metro stations, 24/7 reception, very helpful staff. The apartment itself was nice and comfortable. It was my second stay at Cove and I hope to come back!

Cons:

Since the apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, it would be nice to also have some kind of kitchen towels or maybe a roll of paper towels. But it’s just a minor issue.

Pros:

Emplacement idéal, à proximité de plusieurs métros. Studio spacieux, bien décoré et très bien isolé (après un séjour bruyant à Brighton, j’ai vraiment apprécié le calme). Personnel très gentil et à l’écoute.

La veille, nous avons été informés que notre réservation n’était plus disponible en raison d’une maintenance. L’hôtel nous a proposé soit 2 studios au lieu de l'appartement, soit l’annulation avec remboursement. Nous avons choisi de séjourner dans les 2 studios et aucun regret : excellent séjour, c’est le meilleur hôtel que j’ai testé à Londres.

Pros:

Ubicación perfecta. Conectada con varias lineas de metro y autobuses. Cerca de varios puntos turísticos y rodeada de lugares para comer. Nos pareció una zona bastante segura aun de noche, el personal es SUPER amable y dispuesto a darte una mano con lo que necesites.

Le chauffe serviette ne fonctionnait pas. On a demandé à le réparer, impossible d’avoir qqun avant le lendemain, jour de notre départ…
J’avais demandé la veille de mon arrivée à ce que le lit d’appoint soit fait pour mon fils de 3 ans, étant enceinte de 7 mois et pour le prix payé, ce n’était selon moi pas trop demander. Arrivés vers 18h à l’hôtel, je découvre que le lit n’est pas fait. On m’a répondu qu’on ne savait rien faire pour moi car l équipe d’entretien des chambres n’était plus présente sur place. On m’a proposé un late Check out pour la peine, ce qui ne m’intéressait pas vu mon départ tôt ce jour là. Peu professionnel donc. Décevant !

Apartamento estupendo con una ubicación inmejorable
Pros:

El alojamiento tiene una ubicación estupenda. Es amplio, limpio, decorado con gusto, luminoso y tiene unas vistas increíbles. El personal de recepción es estupendo. Estuvieron súper atentos durante toda nuestra estancia. Repetiré sin duda.
