Pros:

なんといっても、場所の利便性がすばらしい。地下鉄のマンションハウス駅の入り口はほぼ隣のビルだし、他の２つの駅も徒歩5分圏内で、M&Sや、Waitrose などの品揃えの良いスーパーも徒歩3分程度の範囲にあり、非常に便利です。部屋はcannonstreet に面しているにもかかわらず、二重窓のせいか、全く騒音が聞こえず、エアコンも良く機能していて、熱波の中でも快適でした。レセプションのインド系の男性２人は、たいへん親切で仕事が的確でした。

Cons:

キッチンの装備があまりにも無さすぎる。コップ２個と皿２枚、カトラリー少々しかないと思っておいた方が良いです。サンドイッチを作るのにも苦労します。トイレットペーパーは、スペアが置いておらず、必要ならレセプションに取りに来るように指示されました。レセプションには、1人だけ非常にネガティブな対応の女性スタッフがいて残念でした。

Considering the costs of other properties I looked at it was a nice stay for the price.

Not stocked well. No tissues, paper towels and we ran out of toilet paper.we had a very slow drain in the shower that you had to manage

The only thing l liked about staying here was the location to Canon Street tube station. l think the property is better served to anyone arriving here on weekdays if you are actually self catering, or anyone who is happy eating out more so. The property was mostly clean. Passable. It has lots of appliances as listed, but no microwave. It wasn't really noisy with people and traffic of a night. Mostly, everything was clean and passable. Just make sure you put your card in the slot for electrics and aircon to work. And make sure the windows are closed for the aircon to work effectively. The staff are skeleton staff and don't seem to be able to help with any problems. Ok as long as you are aware of this.

Cons:

The property was let down because the freezer in the fridge was iced up, dirty and needed defrosting and cleaning. The toilet brush handle was dirty also. Little details that were overlooked. There is no microwave, which we needed. I was able to compromise on this. The sofa bed which we required had no bedding. My special needs daughter and l had to share the double bed! Seems you need to request extra bedding in advance if required as there is only skeleton staff once housekeeping is done. If you require a supermarket to self cater, the local one is closed on weekends. l had to go online to get groceries delivered.
You can hear the underground trains very slightly. We were on the second floor.

Pros:

Conditions and follow-up are below expectations. Room seemed warn out, noisy, and poor folloow-up : still have not received receipt.

Great place to stay, will be back
Pros:

Location is great for the city and close to tube stops!

Cons:

We were staying with our 3 month old, the room was great and had a travel cot, however due to the old building access to the room wasn't step free so we had to lift the pram at times, this didn't bother me but I just want to make people aware.
