Good location and good apartment.
Few issues when going to my room. Also, after getting in my room I was interrupted by another guest who had been given a key to my room. The guy on reception called me to ask what room I was in but never apologised for their mistake. It could’ve easily been a much worse situation.
Clean and facilities were adequate
Checked in online and it said "Collect your key from reception". I arrived at the hotel at 2pm, was advised check in was 4pm. I said I had assumed that online check in telling me to collect a key that the room was ready. I was told it I wanted to access the room, which was ready, that it would £30 for an early check in. The online check in was misleading and it's a shambles they want £30 to access a ready room that doesn't cost them anything to let you access. Won't stay at a COVE Hotel again.
Hat alles gepasst. Wir waren zuerst in einem anderen Hotel und das war die reinste Katastrophe. Wir haben dann Gott sei Dank dieses Hotel gefunden und gleich reserviert. Es hat sehr gut gefallen.
All facilities were in very good condition — for example, the kettle looked brand new!
There was plenty of space to have dinner and relax in front of the TV.

Отличный отель рядом с центром. Все рядом и Мы. Павел и Тауэр, метро. Прекрасный просторный двухкомнатный номер. Оснащен всеми атрибутами : посуда, холодильник, стиралка.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Vom Flughaften Gatwick schnell und problemlos erreichbar.
U-Bahn Station vor der Haustür. Aber auch zu Fuß erreicht man z.B. Big Ben in 40 Minuten, entspannt der Themse entlang.

Very convenient location.
Room smelled of smoke, the windows are not double glazed so it's noisy, and the first floor is overlooked by office buildings above, and you can easily see in through the windows from street level. This means you have to have all the blinds closed constantly to avoid people looking through the windows.
