Handy quiet place to stay in central London.
Pros:

Great location and had everything we needed for a short stay.
Lifts are secure with a room key required to activate them.

Cons:

If you are on the sofa bed you do need to creep the through the bedroom to use the bathroom at night.

Carino e pulito, ma zero servizi.
Pros:

Posizione a pochi passi dalla metro, pulizia impeccabile, letto nella stanza separata molto comodo.

Cons:

1) La camera si affacciava sulla strada, letteralmente a un metro dai passanti, per cui era impensabile tenere le tende aperte.
2) Abbiamo deciso di fare un upgrade della prenotazione (che prevedeva, al posto del monolocale, una stanza da letto separata dal living che aveva un divano letto) in quanto io russo e la mia compagna non dorme benissimo se non ha possibilità di cambiare stanza durante la notte. Questa scelta, che ci è costata addirittura 56 sterline in più per ogni notte, oltre al prezzo base già poco economico, non è servita a nulla perché i divano letto aveva u materassino di 8/10 cm assolutamente scarso e molle, che si schiacciava alla minima pressione, e che dunque rendeva impossibile dormire anche ad una ragazza di appena 50 kg. Peraltro, nella stanza non erano presenti lenzuola o coperta per quel divano letto e, seppure alla reception ci hanno detto che avremmo potuto chiederle, noi siamo rientrati a mezzanotte accorgendoci solo allora della situazione divano, e ci è sembrato scorretto e scortese cercare qualcuno per chiedere.
3) Abbiamo cortesemente chiesto un adattatore per la presa inglese, e ci hanno risposto che non le avevano o comunque non le prestavano, e che avremmo trovato diversi negozi per acquistarla.
Peccato davvero.

Clean and functional apartment in a great location
Pros:

Great location and reasonable size for a central London apartment. We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed to have most things needed for a longer stay.

Cons:

We had to set up the sofa bed for my daughter which wasn’t a problem, however, we had to move 2 tables, a chair and a lamp in the living area to accommodate this.

Pros:

A wonderful place for a short or long stay in central London. Quite a large, well-equipped room, excellent location, incredibly friendly staff. Even such a small detail as a continental power socket and several USB ports in the walls.

Absolutely worth staying here as a tourist
Pros:

The property was very clean and well maintained. The lobby smelled amazing and felt warm and cozy the moment you walked in. The rooms looked exactly like the pictures on the website, which honestly already deserves five stars because that rarely happens.

In the room, they even provided a small jar filled with little goodies like complimentary tea and milk, which was such a thoughtful touch.

The location was excellent. It was close to several tube stations and supermarkets, which made getting around and grabbing essentials very easy.

The staff were incredibly accommodating. My mom does not speak English, and they were patient, kind, and genuinely made an effort to communicate and help her. They really tried to meet our needs instead of brushing us off.

Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend.

Pros:

La stanza è davvero molto bella, con un design molto accogliente e di buon gusto. Stanza silenziosa, che permette un buon riposo. Cucina moderna e funzionale. Letto molto comodo e bagno spazioso.

Cons:

Un po’ scomodo dover attraversare il cortile per arrivate all’ascensore in caso di pioggia, ma in realtà nulla di negativo. Solo da tenere a mente
