Received 3 sets of towels that were either smooth that they looked like sheets, or were totally ripped and filthy.
The security guard was used as the person running up and down to sort things out.

Breakfast complete failure, despite booking halal breakfast and confirming it at check-inn, nothing was catered and we simply just received blank stares

After the booking and parking was resolved my stay was good

The facilities and property is good. No further complaints except for the booking and parking procedure.

Cons:

The facilities and property were good, and the overall condition of the hotel was satisfactory. However, the administration and guest arrangements were not well managed.

My booking was made through our office, and upon arrival, I was informed that my reservation was for 9 June instead of 11 June. Our office contacted the hotel on 9 June, and the booking was confirmed for 11 June. I had also received confirmation from Booking.com that my stay was scheduled from 11 June. This discrepancy created unnecessary confusion and inconvenience during check-in.

A further issue was the parking arrangements. I was directed to park at the City Lodge across the street, but upon arrival, I was informed that no parking was available there. It was only after I contacted my manager for the third time, and she personally spoke with the hotel staff, that suitable parking was finally arranged.

While the facilities themselves were good, the booking administration and parking arrangements require improvement to ensure a smoother and more professional guest experience.
