You must speak Spanish
Pros:

This hotel doesn't take the initiative to accommodate non-Spanish speakers. You can wait a very long time, but no one will even attempt to speak a few words in English. I appreciate the messages about saving water; it's great that you care about the environment and your wallets, but please also write that message in English—"Gracias." Besides, breakfast is toast with cheese or something else, but no one could properly explain it to me in non-Spanish. The rooms are warm and fine. There's no information on how to get Wi-Fi, and I didn't even want to try to find out because it would result in more awkward attempts at Google Translate at the hotel reception.

Cons:

The hotel should have staff who could explain to guests in English all the information about accommodation, wifi and breakfast, but this was not the case.

Está muy anticuado, la habitación que nos dieron minúscula, la bañera incómoda, sin extractor en el baño, mucho calor en la habitación que no se podía regular. Tuvimos que abrir la ventana toda la noche para que se saliera el calor.
