Excellent choice for Business Trip

Good stay clean hotel
Excellent service, especially from Miss Hawa at the reception, who was very helpful and kind.
Also, Mrs. Esperence, the Hotel Manager, was extremely kind, a great listener, and truly attentive to customers’ needs.

Pros:

Great environment and wonderful staff. The hotel is clean and easily accessible. The staff are very friendly!
Mamadou, the baggage porter, is a super helpful, a very nice, and a trustworthy person.
Huge thanks to the front desk staff and management for their support!

Great stay in Nouakchott
Pros:

On arrival excellent airport pickup. Quick and efficient check in. Breakfast varied. Pool area very nice with lots of seating. My wife was very happy that she could use the pool any time.
Location also very good.

Cons:

Perhaps they could have topped up the fruit at breakfast for later arrivals.

It was clean, had proper room amneties

Cons:

They confirmed early check in and then said we have to pay when we got there. They agreed to adjust that with late check out and then asked us to vacate room a few hours before we were to leave for airport just to be spiteful.
Buffer breakfast was poor. Lots of sweet treats and bread but mostly stale from being served again and again.

Pros:

Personnel excellent, professionnel et toujours souriant.
Mention spéciale à Hawa à l’accueil : elle ne fait pas que recevoir les clients, elle crée une vraie première impression chaleureuse et rassurante.

Cons:

Petit point d’amélioration : au moment du check-in, surtout aux heures tardives, le service pourrait être un peu plus rapide pour rendre l’arrivée encore plus confortable après un long voyage.
