Pros:

Personnel excellent, professionnel et toujours souriant.
Mention spéciale à Hawa à l’accueil : elle ne fait pas que recevoir les clients, elle crée une vraie première impression chaleureuse et rassurante.

Cons:

Petit point d’amélioration : au moment du check-in, surtout aux heures tardives, le service pourrait être un peu plus rapide pour rendre l’arrivée encore plus confortable après un long voyage.

Une belle expérience
Pros:

Le personnel est très accueillant, le site facilement accessible. J'ai aimé la propreté des lieux et surtout le calme qui y règne c'est un endroit propice pour passer de bonnes vacances.

Pros:

Warm welcome, amazing breakfast. Great wifi connection, lovely lobby space and a very comfortable room. The music in the restaurant in the evening was a real plus.

Cons:

The maximum shower temperature was quite tepid.

Hotel windows weren't the best, i got little annoyed by the traffic sounds and sometimes even the wind sound, but its not that serious .

Cons:

Ils ont voulu nous faire payer le petit déjeuner qui était déjà inclus dans la factures. Nous avions du présenter copie du mail de réservation faite via booking qui indiquait clairement que les petits étaient inclus dans le prix des nuitees
