I was initially very impressed by your staff at reception. Although my room wasnt ready at the specified time, 2pm, I was eventually told I had been upgraded. I dont believe this to be the truth, as on inspection, I found many rooms to be the same.
The staff in the dining rooms were very polite, Levy being someone who should be praised for going above and beyond what was expected. A very polite, charming and friendly man.
However, sraff aside, I thought the breakfast options were limited and the same every day.
I also found out that the rooftop bar and restaurant was not available which was a disappointment to both myself and my partner.
Overall, the hotel and sraff were very good, but by asking my opinion, I believe that there could still be improvements.
However, it was very nice and I would not hesitate to stay there again. A very pleasant hotel

Our recent stay at your hotel was unfortunately one of the worst experiences we’ve had. Despite booking an early check-in and being told rooms were available, we were kept waiting in the lobby for hours. Even after explaining that we had small children with us, we were denied access to our rooms.
We had booked four rooms, yet they were all placed in the worst parts of the hotel, with no view, and our family was split across different floors. The front desk staff, especially SOLEIMAN and his supervisor, were extremely unhelpful, unfriendly, and lacked any sense of customer service.
Breakfast was a major letdown — not only was the quality poor, but they even tried to deny us breakfast that was included in our booking. Basic bathroom amenities like cotton swabs were also missing, which is unacceptable in any hotel claiming to offer decent service.
Even accessing other floors to see our family was made difficult. Staff refused to help us with the elevator using their keycards. The overall attitude of the staff made it clear they had no interest in guest satisfaction.
This experience was deeply disappointing. We expected at least basic hospitality, but instead received cold and careless treatment. NEVER GO THERE
