Stay somewhere else unless noise doesn’t bother you.
Pros:

The room was clean and beds are comfortable.

Cons:

It is located right next to the interstate. The noise is unbelievably loud and made it difficult to sleep. We were there 2 nights and asked to switch rooms to the side facing the river. It is night and day different when you stay on The back side. But….the walls are really thin and you hear everything next to you and above you.

Pros:

I thought before this stay that Hampton was a quality hotel. It has turned out to be the worst.

Cons:

1 upon arrival, I found a dirty alcohol can in the drawer. I called and it was removed.
2 The power went out at 3 pm just before I had to leave for my grandson's wedding. At 9:50 pm when I returned, the power was restored but we wer told the elevator engineer has to come and and turn the elevator back on.I am handicapped and requested an accessible room when booking.

Really nice hotel, but with an unsolvable noise problem.
Pros:

The place is very clean and convenient and that staff are very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The noise from trucks on the highway is not trivial. It's a low frequency rumble with harmonics like you might hear inside a plastic pipe, every 20 seconds, all night long. Probably for most people it's fine, but if you are sensitive to sounds like me, it's not easy to sleep, even with earplugs in. If they put you on the side that doesn't face the highway it's probably better.

Great location but not worth the price $460 including pet fee.

Clean, great parking. Great location

Cons:

Over expensive. Taking advantage of summer tourism. $75 pet fee! Really? $25 or $50 every where else I stay. I will not be staying at Hampton for future travel. Noisy A/C
