You can't use the stove or the toaster so paying for a kitchen is useless. They want you to sign a 1500$!!! When you complain they say too late you've already paid.

Nice location. Easy walk to promenade. Staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Room is clean.

Caught the proprty on change of ownership. Got a cafe voucher for breakfast. The hotel breakfast was a pass. Otherwise a pleasant stay

Firstly, the welcoming staff were wonderful and helpful and the place itself is very pleasant. The security, parking and outdoor pool area is well organised, attractive and comfortable – the enjoyable outdoor spa was a little tricky to turn on though. The rest of the service was, unfortunately, rather limited and restricted like the extremely narrow single beds: No room servicing in 3 nights; Only 1 face washer for 2 people; no towel changes etc.; No router connection to internet on the tv – and the outsourced technical service assistance was not forthcoming. The reception and bar/restaurant were clearly not technically linked – unable to charge drinks to the room and unaware of our breakfast booking made 3 days earlier – since there was unexpectedly no food service over the weekend. Disgracefully, this pre-paid breakfast did not include tea, coffee or any juice – and the additional payment of 11 dollars for our 2 mugs of coffee was required before any movement was started towards preparing our eggs. We picked at the remains of cold bits on the buffet table till our eggs arrived – the buffet being simultaneously dismantled.

I enjoyed my stay. Property and staff were excellent. Thank you for having me.

In renovation mode. Restaurant not operating so sent up the street to a very busy and costly cafe for breakfast. Ramp entry difficult to manage by aged customers with suitcases. A mechanical buzzing sound at frequent intervals during the night kept interupting sleep. Surronds not very pleasant.

The area looks run down and unsafe. It is surrounded by tatoo shops, adult store, and cheap motels. The internet does not work in the room. It barely works in the lobby. TV does not work in the room.Hot tub is barely warm.

Staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. Amazing coffee on site. Pool area is relaxing and offers plenty of seating. Rooms spacious. Really really comfortable bed. Location is great, easy 10 min walk to esplanade area and shops.

The place is nice, staff were great, the pool area is big and nice. The pool is not heated but large enough.
The have a bar/eating area only serves breakfast.
It is about 10-15 minutes walk to the main eating areas and also the mall

No hot water and spotty WiFi in the room was disappointing considering the prices charged for the room.

Cleaning only once a week!? Restaurant/Bar closed because public holiday weekend!? Facing a noisy and dodgy road. Not good enough for $290/night!

We had booked this hotel on the basis that it offered breakfast. If this choice was not available we would have looked at another hotel. Unfortunately on the first morning we were told that the Chef had called in sick at short notice and therefore no breakfast was on offer. We were given a voucher foe $20 each for a cafe close to the hotel. unfortunately that voucher did not go too far to give us a good breakfast and we had to pay extra to get one main breakfast and a coffee each. Later on in the evening we were informed (only when asked) that there was no breakfast service for the weekend and once again we were provided with a similar priced voucher for the weekend. After some discussion we were offered $30 total as compensation for the extra we paid for our breakfast. Shower / bath had not been cleaned prior to myself checking in. Hot water tap in shower was very difficult to turn off. Limited water pressure in shower. Toilet seat was the wrong size. Would not stay up.
Water leaking out of lights in car park. DANGEROUS.
Not the ideal stay. Would have to rethink about staying again.

Almost everything was very good, particularly the friendly and helpful staff. The only criticism is the placement of the toilet seat in room 314. It is too close to the rear wall making it somewhat awkward to sit on the toilet.
