기리시마 골프여행
Pros:

기리시마 온천마을 초입에 위치해 있고 조금 걸어가면 식당 편의점이 있어 편리했어요 온천도 두종류가 있어 좋았고 특히 조식이 맛있었습니다 종류도 다양하고 맛도 좋았어요
골프장이 가까워 10분거리 편리했어요

Excellent customer services and onsen facilities. Overall hotel facility would be perfect if the accessibility and connectivity between the Main Building and the South Building could be improved, as there is only one staircase available for connecting these two buildings which is absolutely inconvenient for elderly and wheelchaired people and baby pram.

ちょっと残念だった点。。
Pros:

最初に入ったお部屋では、(他の方もコメントされてる方がいらっしゃるようですが、)臭いがきつくてお部屋を変えていただきました。（いちおう確認してみましたが、ペットOKの部屋にはしてないお部屋とのことでした）エレベータに消臭剤をおいてあるところをみると。。。

その他、移動したあとのお部屋で、冷蔵庫に水のペットボトルを入れておいたのですが、翌朝、お湯になってました。。。

それでも又行きたい温泉

　ボイラーかな？機械の音がうるさい部屋だった
　ホテル内の居酒屋さんが休業していて残念だった。温泉の湯質がすきなので又行きたい

事前に支払った値段とチェックアウト時にもらった領収書の値段(チェックアウト時の値段が4000円安い)が違いました。ホテル側に尋ねるとエクスペディアが間違えてると言われ、エクスペディアに尋ねるとホテルが間違えてると言われた。最終的には事前に払った値段があってると言われたが、明細は渡せないと言われました。対応を見ていると都合の良いように口裏を合わせているように感じ、事前予約までしたのに高い料金になったと不信感を抱いたまま旅行は終わりました。今後は二度と利用しません。

霧島一の景観の露天風呂が良かったです
Pros:

一人で霧島に温泉旅をしようと思い、いろいろ探していた所、他の所より価格がかなりお安かったので、宿泊しました。

ツインの部屋で広さは十分ですが、古さがトイレなどに目立ちます。
また、入室時にやや不快な臭いがありました。

展望風呂は無難ですが、景色がよかったです。
入浴後に休憩所するスペースもありそこは綺麗でした。

売店の方によるとこちらのご飯は霧島で一番美味しいとのことですが、夕食を頼んでなかったので、またリーズナブルな価格であれば泊まって堪能したいなと思いました。
朝食は品数も多く、鹿児島名物も食べられてとても良かったです。

現在、耐震工事などしているので、改装後に期待します。

Nice onsen, with many hot spring (foot)足湯 at garden side relax. Convenient from airport to hotel, just get on airport bus within 45mins + 3mins walk arrived.

1階から２階への階段はあったが、
エレベーターを乗り換えないと部屋に行けないのは年寄りには少し面倒。
