La posizione. Pieno centro perfetta. Circondata da ristoranti e da combni, e negozi do ogni tipo. A piedi si raggiunge facilmente il castello di Kumamoto.
Lo staff è un po distratto e devi ricordarli tu i prezzi che ti hanno indicato al check-in per la colazione.
In camera c'era un po di odore di pipi che proveniva dal lavandino.
予約時は朝食付けてなかったが受付時に追加で朝食付けたのが正解だった。からし蓮根やいきなり団子など熊本名物が食べれたのがよかった。朝食がおいしかったのと立地が良い。
使おうと思って備品のケトルやドライヤーを見ると埃が積もっていてとても使う気がなくなり不快だった。評価のいいホテルと思っていたのでがっかりでした。パッと見ると清潔そうに見えてもそうゆうところが見えると残念な気持ちになったのでもう少し清掃よろしくおねがいします。
きれいで部屋が広い。4階フロント、朝食、客室フロアなど落ち着いていて、いい雰囲気がある。
