Living here for 1 year and many good things about it: good staffs (managers, front desk people, restaurant lady, technicians and guards), quick and attentive services, good location (big 711 right in front, good cafes and eating places around, walkable to BTS and free tuktuk shuttle at certain times), good facilities (room is very new, clean, well-maintained, smart layout, good soundproof, never crowded elevator, clean and good quality coin laundry), nice gym and restaurant (home food alike), neighborhood is lively but safe and quiet enough.

Shopping for apartment for long term rent. Viewed many apartment complexes. This IPremium made shopping for apartments very easy. The office staff was very professional and polite. They answered all questions and were supportive. I felt management was very good.

Staffs at receiption are not helpful and rude , the only thing they care about is money.
Charge 500 THB to clean the room , but the room is still messy and not clean at all . PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO RUIN YOUR STAY IN THAILAND.

Excellent place to stay. Conveniently located to BTS, it is modern, clean, well maintained with a great staff to take care of all your needs while staying in Bkk. I have stayed there on multiple visits to Bkk and compared to other condos iPremium far outdoes any other place I've stayed at. Highly recommend!!

I had decided to go to Bangkok but did not know the area well. I chose to stay here for 2 nights until I learned the lay of the land. This was the best choice! The price was good and i used rewards. They have great food. AC works great. Bed, I have no complaint. Checkout full experience on YouTube link in profile.

Wi-Fi coverage is spotty.

I liked ipremium. Good value for cost, even has a gym and mailboxes for long stays. Streetfood, 7-11, coin laundry nearby. Uses real physical keys, and not electronic cardkeys, which means a 1000 thb deposit against key loss. Also, room cleaning has to be coordinated for when you can be there to unlock the door. Fridge, microwave, kettle and sink kitchenette. Nice.

I have stayed at iPremium for more than 4 years and had a great experience living there. The environment is nice, clean and well maintained. The outside is nice and green, and the staff is trustworthy and really helpful. I can remember many times that I asked them for recommendations of places to go and they tried to help as much as they could. It was very convenient for me to live there because of how close it is to many places such as the convenience store, grocery stores, the bts, coffee shops and the shopping mall. I would definitely recommend iPremium whether for a short stay or for a long stay!

I travel to Thiland every year and stay few months in this location. First of all, compare to other places in this area, it's much better. Secondly, the staff are very friendly and like a family. Rooms are clean and any issue is addressed quickly. Although the street is narrow and busy, but the location is close to everything especially BTS. They may need to upgrade washing machines and treadmills in the gym and the WIFI is not great. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

The studio room is spacious for 2 persons. It also comes with furniture and a balcony with really nice view of Bangkok. The admin is also very accommodating and helpful to foreigners residing with them. Plus they have a small restaurant that can accommodate room service. My whole stay was definitely convenient!

BTSのオンヌット駅から少し離れていますが、ホテルのトゥクトゥクで送迎が可能である事とホテルの通りにはバイタクが頻繁に走っているので不便さは感じなかった。ちなみにバイタクの金額は15THB（約60円）であるため、私は全てバイタクを利用しました。また、ホテルの近くに新たなフードコートもあり、手短にローカルフードを味合う事も可能。ホテルは賃貸と同じ建物であるが特に問題なく、比較的部屋も広いのでリピートも有りと感じた。

I have stayed at ipremium many times in each type of clean, well appointed room. In a busy street but set beck so it is quiet. close to BTS and On Nut malls. many eating options on soi 81. very good value for money in an area that is becoming more expensive. The staff are friendly and unfailingly courteous and helpful.

Facilities are very good here and the location is perfect. Just a short walk to Onnut station. The restaurant also has amazing food, is cheap and the staff are very friendly. The staff were happy to help me when I needed to leave early. I would definitely stay here again

One of the big reason to choose iPremium is room rates are fair enough.
All the employee are nice and friendly. 
Most of the staff can speak Burmese. 
The boss Kiky can speak very well in English.
There is a lot of modern building around On-Nut area but iPremium has wider spaces and give you the homie feeling. There is no strict rules and regulation at this apartment.
You can also book it from Agoda, trip advisor for short period stays. 
On-Nut area has variety of foods to choose on with very low budget which is suit for the people who have limit on the budget. 
iPremium has the canteen at ground floor and the Aunty from kitchen always has smile and charming face. The baby girl from one of their Burmese employees can make you pleasant too.

I was looking for an inexpensive short term rental, and I came across this. It did the job.
The room I stayed in was spacious and clean.
Staff were very accommodating and friendly.
Location was fairly convenient. There is a free shuttle service running daily to the BTS On Nut station (2min).
The Rental procedure was hassle free, quick, to the point. I called the reception in the afternoon, and moved in that very evening.
Would recommend.

I stayed at Ipremium for a long time (40 days) and I am very happy with the room and services. The room is nice, the employees are helpful, fast Internet and good facilities (restaurant, gym, lift to BTS skytrain). Close to 7/11 and supermarket. I highly recommend this place

Ich buchte Ipremium für 40 Tage und ich bin sehr zufrieden. Der Complex bietet Fitnessraum, Internet (WiFi and Lan), Transport zu der BTS Station und Restaurant. Die Apartments sind in der nähe von 7/11 und Einkaufszentren.

The apartment is basic but the location is convenience. Just 2 minute walk to 7-eleven, and about 15 min walk to sky train bts. The hotel have provide tuk tuk to drive you to bts station, therefore travelling around is no problem.
