Your helpless above, and they deserve a lot of credit

Cons:

We have stayed here many times I’ve always been extremely happy with our room and we checked our room this time. It was the tiniest one we ever saw for the most of money we’ve ever had to pay here.
Almost turned around went back downstairs to get a different room, but I was told at the time it was $221 when I checked out all of my bill what is $175
So you see when I get the tiniest room I’ve ever had for the highest amount of cash I was not happy

Customer service and breakfast food

Cons:

The call from the front desk at 11pm telling us that they gave us the wrong room. Although the lady at front told us our room number, but the room key card book said a different one. Later that day someone went into our room that they supposedly rented, only to find our stuff in it. Luckily we weren't there at the time or none of our stuff was taking.
