Great experience, shame about the wifi, but nice to have a break from my phone on a lovely trip
Pros:

Location couldn't be better, seconds away from the resort, the spa was also lovely and the bed was very comfortable

Cons:

Wifi did not work the entire time I was there

雖然硬體方面較老舊，但員工服務好但跟周遭其他飯店的價格相比，CP值很可以了
Pros:

店員服務很棒、餐點內容還算豐富
位置很好，去一之瀨雪場夜滑很方便

Cons:

wifi常會連不到或不順
暖爐不夠力，沒使用也有怪聲，不過室內溫度不會冷所以不開也還好

Pros:

Close to ski, cheap, clean.

Cons:

Poor ski equipment rental options. No late night common rooms to socialize. Perhaps an average age of guests around 40+ makes it a little too old for youth :))

満足いくサービス
Pros:

施設内が清潔で、食事がとても美味しかったです。利用料金以上のサービスでお得感がありました。スタッフさんも優しくて良かったです。また利用したいです。
