Simple tiny room for an overnight stay
Pros:

The room served its purpose. They allow dogs.

Cons:

Tiny room, it was hard to check-in downstairs on the machine. Not obvious where to park when you get there

Overall ok but language problem..
Pros:

It was little outside of the city center but Lübeck is not so big anyway. We traveled with a car, so mobility was not so much of a problem. The room was spacious enough for 2 adults, 1 child and 1 big dog. Elevator was useful and the parking was available.

Cons:

Every email and notification from the hotel was only in German. For a traveler like me who doesn’t speak German, it is extremely inconvenient and unreasonable. I had to copy the texts and paste them on Google Translate every time they notify something. In the check-in kiosk, I could choose English. But after putting my booking number, everything changed into German with no option for other languages. All the important info was in German, so I had to take a chance to push different buttons. This is a huge minus for the hotel.

There is no reception at the hotel (everything is done online or at the kiosk). Our room key suddenly didn’t work, so we had to go to the other hotel nearby to fix the problem. That was also a bit inconvenient.

Leider nicht perfekt.

Sauberes geräumiges Zimmer.

Cons:

Leider hatte der Check-In Automat nicht funktioniert, so dass ich mit Gepäck zum Vier Jahreszeiten laufen musste. Das war aiuch nicht das erste Mal passiert. Ein anderer Gast hatte micht darauf hingewiesen, dass er auch den Tag zuvor nicht funktionierte. Am Bett hatten weder Steckdosen noch Nachtischlampen funktioniert, so dass man das Oberlicht anlassen musste. Ich verstehe nicht, warum das Personal nicht diese Dinge bei der Reinigung überprüft.

Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet, extra Bett fürs kind.es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Check-in alles am Automaten. Lage war gut, man konnte gut ins Zentrum laufen. Preis-Leistung war gut.

Die Nähe zum Baumarkt und die gute Erreichbarkeit samt Parkmöglichkeiten für den Spediteur, der uns einen Anhänger geliefert hat, war für unsere Bedürfnisse ideal.

Pros:

Wir waren nur 1 Nacht zur Zwischen- Übernachtung , hat alles gut geklappt,problemloser check in. Zimmer zur Straße recht laut sonst alles ok. Gutes Preisverhältnis.

The worst check in procedure
Pros:

Nice rooms.

Cons:

HATED the check in procedure! No staff to talk to, just one self check in " machine" that was somewhat complicated and took a lot of time for each party to fill in creating long lines and long waiting time. As you also need to do check in for each room, in our case 2 check in, it takes extra time. At first we and the party after us did not understand several check in was needed- should be much more clearly explained. The phone number indicated to call in need of assistance started with boot speaking in German which is not a language we speak.

Self service check in was good. But did not work for my friend. We tried to call the number given but nobody received the call. Lucily we saw a staff after 10 minutes of struggling and she helped us to check in from another hotel.
