Хорошая кровать, светлый номер, чисто.

Ужасная подушка!! Мешок огромный(, нашла в дополнительной постели обычных размеров, но так как она пролежала там навеное всю зиму - она воняла. Самое непоиятное - это непонятная вибрация не знаю каких систем, которая ощущалась каждые 3-5 минут, замечу, что окна мои выходили на внутреннтй двор. Давит на ушные перепонки. Не знаю как описать доступнее, но наверное нужен допуск специальных служб. Это как шумовое загрязнение!!

Pros:

Przestronny pokój - stolik i krzesła dodatkowo.
Balkon również krzesełka i suszarką rozkładana.
Łóżko, pościel czyste i wygodne.
Ręczniki, kosmetyki w łazience zapewnione.

Cons:

Nie działające jacuzzi.
Śniadanie od rana dostępne w pełni do wyboru jedzenia ciepłego po pół godziny niekoniecznie. Być może brak organizacji danego dnia

Der Urlaub war schön, einmal reicht.

Die Öffnungszeiten des Schwimmbades zwischen 12:00 Uhr und 19:00 Uhr waren enttäuschend. Das Wasser im Schwimmbad und im Jaguzzi war zu kalt.

Schlechter Umgang mit Kunden und Tieren. Eine Schande.

Ich habe das Hotel spät abends auf dem Heimweg gebucht, um nicht nachts und bei Schnee weiterfahren zu müssen. In der Hotelbeschreibung stand, dass die Rezeption 24 Stunden geöffnet ist. Direkt nach der Reservierung habe ich versucht anzurufen, konnte jedoch leider niemanden erreichen.

Bei der Ankunft im Hotel wurde mir – trotz der Angabe in der Beschreibung, dass Haustiere erlaubt sind – mitgeteilt, dass Tiere nicht in allen Zimmern gestattet sind und kein verfügbares Zimmer für einen Aufenthalt mit Hund frei sei.

Da das Hotel eine Vorauszahlung vor der Buchung verlangte, hatte ich den vollen Zimmerpreis bereits bezahlt. Dennoch wurde mir der Zutritt mit meinem Hund verweigert. Den Hund bei Minusgraden im Auto zu lassen, ist Tierquälerei und absolut unmöglich, daher bat ich um Rückerstattung, um ein anderes Hotel buchen zu können.

Die diensthabende Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption erklärte jedoch, dass sie dazu nicht befugt sei und dies erst am nächsten Tag bearbeitet werde. Trotz zahlreicher Versuche, über Booking.com Kontakt aufzunehmen und die Rückerstattung zu klären, wurde das Geld nicht zurückgezahlt. Die Leistung wurde nicht erbracht.

Für mich ist das der schlechteste Service in den letzten zehn Jahren meiner Zusammenarbeit mit Booking.com. Ich kann dieses Hotel in keiner Weise empfehlen. Bei Problemen reagiert niemand, Anrufe bleiben unbeantwortet – es wird lediglich das Geld eingezogen. Die Vorauszahlung wurde nicht erstattet.

Fajny hotel
Pros:

Fajny hotel, czysto w pokoju. Troszkę zimna woda w basenie (jeżeli ktoś podróżuje z dzieckiem to może być przeszkodą). Szlafroki na basen za dopłatą. Parking płatny, ale można znaleźć obok darmowy miejski parking. Blisko deptak i wiele restauracji. Śniadanie smaczne, rozmaite (+ kawa, napoje, soki).
