Location was excellent, the hotel is exactly as it is presented on the website with a nice pool to enjoy at the end of a day sight seeing. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and an option for a la carte orders. Our room was a good size and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast staff and reception staff were very friendly.
Pool side drinks were overly expensive. Drinks which we were having in the town at €5.50-€7.50 were being charged at €20. Likewise the restaurant whist good was overpriced.
We booked two rooms for four people because the system didn’t allow us to select one room for all of us. Unfortunately, we were given rooms on different floors, which meant we had to split up—something very inconvenient since we were traveling with two young children and couldn’t leave them alone. Managing the luggage between the rooms was a mess. We asked to be moved, but the only solution offered was to add a bed using a sofa in one room and not use the second room, even though we had already paid for it. There seems to be a lack of proper planning in how rooms are assigned. One of the rooms even had a connecting door to another, which would have worked perfectly for us.
