The bathroom was pretty dirty and Stinky. Despite of requesting a queen bed they have given a room by sticking two Single bed keeping next to each other . It was very difficult to make the infant sleep in the middle due to the gap.

Great place. The decor of the hotel is amazing, the staff super friendly and efficient and the food top notch. The best place to stay close to Kolkata Airport.

This hotel is located in the new 'Rajarhat' area of Kolkata barely 8 minutes from the airport. It is a convenient location that allows one easy access to multiple points in the city from the flyovers to avoid traffic. The service is very friendly and the breakfast is a wide variety of Indian and some European options. It is not a multinational brand but for a local price you get almost global quality service.

O hotel só vale a pena se a conexão em Calcutá for longa. Isso porque ele está localizado a cerca de 10 minutos de táxi do aeroporto, mas bem longe das principais atrações turísticas da cidade. O quarto é pequeno, a água quente do chuveiro funcionou por somente cinco minutos, as toalhas estavam cheias de cabelo, as tomadas têm pinos de padrão inglês. A qualidade do sono também foi péssima. A internet wi fi, incluída na diária, funcionou bem no quarto. Eles disponibilizaram gratuitamente duas garrafas de água mineral. O quarto têm, ainda, frigobar, cofre e ar condicionado. O café da manhã, além de ter poucas opções ocidentais, é servido muito tarde. O restaurante só abre às 07h30min da manhã. Não jantamos no hotel, mas vimos o cardápio, também com opções ocidentais restritas (ao lado há uma pizzaria da rede Domino´s). Não é um hotel em que voltaríamos a nos hospedar.

good price for a comfortable and spacious room. i was very disappointed with the service, though. i asked the front desk if they could help me book a train ticket and they said no. so i had to take a cab to the airport where someone was able to help me. i've never been to a conference hotel where they could not help with such a simple request. not a friendly staff.

Decent hotel near the airport.

The hotel has good location if you want to stay near airport, but at least 40-50 minute drive from the main attractions of Kolkata, which also adds up to 300+ rupee every trip on Uber/Ola.

The hotel looks run-down, like they have given up trying midway, and is just maintaining the must-dos. The capsule lift to the reception is a contender of the slowest elevator in the world. The room (junior suite) was quite sad compared to the price paid. There was nothing wow in the room, walls are damp with soggy wallpapers, cobwebs in the toilet, fridge is just a fridge and not mini-bar as it's empty. The bathtub was just good for shower as the bathtub drain could not be turned shut, that wasn't working. The bedding had marks in them too.

The breakfast was ample, but again, nothing exciting, it's just there.

Free Wifi was inconsistent inside the room, it kept on coming, and going, so I mostly had to depend on my phone net.

Overall I wouldn't recommend this place given the price paid per night.

The room given to us was facing the road and it had very poor noise isolated windows. We checked in during the midnight hoping to catch a good sleep. But the whole night all the sound from the road kept me awake. It felt like sleeping on the road.

The bathroom had very few lights. With black tiles used in the interior, it was a scary feeling inside the bathroom with less lighting.

The breakfast served the next day was not so great. While the poha was too dry, the sambhar were too spicy.

I felt the services provided by the hotel is over priced compared to the services they offer. Rooms are very clean the location is very good. The staffs are trying to be helpful but very unprofessional. I experienced that they have shut down the elevator at night and I really had a hard time to make them understand to start it or reset the non functioning elevator. I was travelling with my family and I have booked the hotel with an assumption that the access will be easy for my aged parents.
