When I arrived, I realised that I’d stayed here previously. Decent hotel with lovely staff and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend

Fast check in with invoice already printed. Good room with decent TV, bed and shower, etc. Easy on-site parking. Close to shops. Great restaurant too.

Our stay overall was excellent except on the first morning when the lady serving breakfast was quite abrupt. Our room was spotless as was the en suite. Breakfast and dinner had a varied menu and again both excellent. Free parking on site and an easy walk to the town centre. Would highly recommend this hotel for their high standards and friendly staff.

Cosy room, with top quality breakfast. Room was at the start of the corridor so it was noisy when other guests went past the door. But fortunately the other guests were in their rooms at a decent hour so my sleep was not disturbed. Would stay again

The breakfast was great and the restaurant in the evening was top class. The room and service was excellent. The access stairs to the room were narrow and steep, not suitable for the elderly. Overall highly rated.

well situated in the middle of cornwall and easy to get to all the popular tourist destinations. lovely place, lovely staff and lovely food could not want for more.

The hotel was spotless. Staff were friendly and very welcoming. The room was spacious, comfortable and with all we needed for our stay.
We also ate in the restaurant for dinner which was delicious.
A delicious breakfast each morning too.
We won't hesitate to stay at the hotel again.

All round nice hotel

Awful bed, really uncomfortable and lumpy mattress. The bathroom wall beside the shower had a hole in it (about the size of a 5p coin). That had cellotape covering it.
Really noisy location, could hear people shouting at each other in the street at 02:00. On a brighter note, the restaurant wasn’t too bad food wise, but really slow service.

The room wasn’t ready at check in and we had to wait but it was spotless and comfortable. The breakfast was a little stingy…

Good location, good service, very clean. The room is rather basic but it suited us for one night stay.

The Hospitality from the Staff made my stay very enjoyable.Very accommodating.
If you like a traditional English Breakfast you will not be disappointed in what you are served.
The evening meal’s are varied but they are well presented and highly enjoyable.

This was a last minute booking and the room was very clean and comfortable and no disturbances during the night which was a bonus for us.

The only slight disappointment was the waiting time at the table for our meals which is why I only scored four stars on service.

However, everything else was superb. The food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.
The rooms were clean and well kept.

The staff were extremely pleasant and courteous and we would not hesitate to stay again in the future.

Very clean, staff bent over backwards to do anything for us. Very comfortable bed, super clean bathroom.
