Pros:

Friendly staff, super comfortable bed and pillows. Location for me was excellent—steps from my office.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have an honour bar for an evening glass of wine in the lobby.

Meravigliosamente comodo
Pros:

Struttura chic e accogliente, con una posizione invidiabile a due passi dal teatro alla Scala. Camere ampie e dotate di tutti i confort.

Cons:

Purtroppo il condizionatore è molto rumoroso e non mi ha fatto dormire la notte, nonostante il letto meravigliosamente comodo.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Clerici war rundum hervorragend. Alles war sehr gepflegt, angenehm und bestens organisiert, sodass wir uns von Anfang an willkommen und wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück: frisch, abwechslungsreich und mit viel Liebe präsentiert. Es bot alles, was man für einen gelungenen Start in den Tag braucht, und hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen.

Auch der Service war freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Wir haben uns bestens aufgehoben gefühlt und können das Hotel Clerici uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

There was a lot of dust in my room. If you have asthma, I would advise avoiding this place.
Pros:

The location was great - very close to the center. Breakfast was fine as well.

Cons:

The room was incredibly dusty. As soon as I walked in, I saw dust everywhere. I even took a photo of the coffee machine and went to the front desk to ask for it to be replaced or cleaned. The employee said the cleaning lady was gone (it was after lunch), so he went to my room, took the coffee machine, and cleaned it. He offered me another room, but it had the same problem. The next day, when the hotel cleaned my room, I hoped it would solve the dust problem, but it didn't, and I had to accept it and clean it myself. But I didn't plan to be a cleaning staff myself in the hotel where I spend money, so I'm very disappointed and won't be coming back. However, I should add that the staff is very friendly and helpful. The problem is with their cleaning ladies.
