Tidy friendly hotel with nice pool in go area.
Pros:

Nice well maintaied hotel in the progressive part of Bassac area. Many great international restaurants and bars in the area with a progressive Japanese quarter not far away.

The hotel serves very good quality european and asian meals as well.

There is also a nice pool.

Hit and miss.
Pros:

In need of more electrical sockets and in useful places, needs thermostatic showers too hot or too cold, floor tiles need a deep clean. Hit or miss breckfast Good beds, helpfull starf, good location, nice pool. Stay again yes.

A central place to stay
Pros:

I booked this hotel to stay at before and after an Intrepid trip. A clean, friendly hotel where the staff cannot do enough for you. There is even a member of staff who covers you with an umbrella when it is raining, so you don't get wet transferring from tuktuk to the hotel.

Good buffet breakfast selection with fresh omelettes. Plus full coffee, bar and snacks menu plus evening dinner.

Nice location but very noisy
Pros:

Pros: the location was good, breakfast was good, service was okay.

Could do better: it was nice to have a pool but I cleaned out the leaves every time I went in. Some of the pool chairs were broken. The room was fine except the walls were very thin so lots of outside and inside noise.

I don’t think I would recommend this hotel to others. We travelled for 5 weeks in Vietnam and Cambodia and this was the only hotel I wasn’t enthralled with.

Overall, it was good. The room was clean and spacious, the pool is nice and clean, staff is very nice and breakfast is great. The only disappointment is that we were supposed to have a de luxe room with balcony. They gave us instead a double, so bigger, but with no windows. When I asked they said they were out of rooms with balcony. They showed us one, but the balcony was minuscule and facing an ugly wall 30 cm away. It happens a bit too often that we don’t get what we reserved… but otherwise, this hotel is good. And location is great.

Pleasant stay.
Pros:

Very pleasant stay. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially cleaning staff. Room had a frosted window that faced out onto a corridor. The breakfast buffet was nice, but lacked much variety. The coffee was very good. Nice restaurant in hotel, open late.

The area had lots of restaurants and a few shops, but a huge demolition, of an old building, right behind the hotel, was worrisome as potential toxins in the air from old building debris and dust.
