Disappointing and miles from anywhere, no bars or restaurants near by

It was across the road from Graceland

Cons:

The location, nothing near by for miles, no coffee stations like most hotels in America, no entertainment in the evening which was promised , the hotel was very expensive and I regretted booking it, if you want more out of Memphis don’t book this hotel

Pros:

I never got to stay at the hotel. They claimed I did not have a reservation. This forced me to make plans elsewhere.
Booking.com is now also refusing to refund me the money spent.

It was a friendly hotel full of life....people talked to each other... Elvis would be impressed

Was an enjoyable weekend!
Pros:

Location to Graceland is fabulous! EPs bar and grill is wonderful!

Cons:

I have been to the Guest House in 2021, 2023 and 2025. It is showing some wear and tear. Some carpets need to be cleaned, some replaced. So wallpaper needs to be fixed or replaced.
