It’s pretty but overpriced and the food isn’t a good idea at all.
Pros:

The property was very pretty and the room was pretty nice

Cons:

We were charged about $70 more than the “total price” listed on booking.com. The biggest factor was the delta restaurant. I ordered a burger and fries. My wife ordered a pasta plate. The beef and the cheese were probably a 9/10. However the bun appeared to have been submerged in grease and water before it was give. To us. It was such a nasty soggy mess that I set it all aside and only ate the meat and cheese. The waitress came by and saw that and simply stated “how’s everything besides that soggy bun”. She never offered to make it right in any way. She didn’t even offer to bring another bun. The bacon was undercooked to the point of possible being unsafe to eat. I asked for the burger to be cooked medium rare. It wasn’t bad but medium to medium well. The fries were cold and greasy.

On the other hand the wife’s pasta was pretty good.

If I give $100 for a meal I don’t expect to leave wishing I had some food.

Outstanding!
Pros:

Convenient to Graceland, the property was well maintained, the staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and Elvis music played in the background throughout the entire hotel.

Beautiful Property but the shower situation needs serious attention.
Pros:

Beautiful property! Wonderful security and valet staff! The towels were awesome!! The entrance is gorgeous and we loved the live music and Elvis movie and theater.

Cons:

We waited and waited to be served at the EP restaurant, but no one ever came to take our order, so we had to leave. The shower was beautiful inside; however, the worst actual shower that we’ve taken as the water (without touching anything) went to scalding hot to freezing cold, the entire shower. The electrical outlet under the large dressing mirror was dangerously broken.

Very nice would stay again. We would just go eat breakfast elsewhere.

Excellent location and beautifully themed, respectfully decorated hotel commemorating Elvis.
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was great. Location excellent, directly across the road from Graceland so you could walk over and back in your own time. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds.

Cons:

My bill still has pending charges on it a full week after they were added to my bill. I was told on checking out that the two £75.14 charges (I booked 2 rooms) were just a holding fee and that they would be removed from my account a day or so after leaving. It's a week since the charges were pending and they are still pending.

Pros:

Everything! The bar, EP bar and grill, and coffee shop were very nice . Jazz at the front desk was great. She went above and beyond. You need to hold onto her.

Loved the room, location and most of the staff.

Cons:

Didn't like that I was charged twice for my room and almost a week later after being told my refund was processed have still not received it or haf any more correspondence from the hotel. I replied back to an initial email saying if they could help.me further to email them direct which I have and have had no further communication from them. Very disappointing.

Pros:

The staff was so helpful and so friendly. It was a beautiful hotel and so clean. The bed was very comfortable!

Cons:

The only down side was that the staff didn't explain entering and exiting the property and the gates we had to go through. We finally figured it out though before we left.
