Für Elvis Fans eine tolle Location
Pros:

Tolle Atmosphäre, sehr schöne Einrichtung. Die Lage um Graceland zu besuchen natürlich absolut super. Im Hotel wird man auf Elvis eingestimmt durch Fotos und schöne Musikberieselung in allen Bereichen. Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Der Check-In dauerte sehr lange, da man wohl Probleme hatte in das Booking.com System reinzukommen. Das sei wohl öfters problematisch. Wir mussten ewig am Counter stehen bis alles geklärt war. Am nächsten Morgen beim Frühstück mussten wir den vollen Preis zahlen, da man uns beim Check-In nicht darauf hinwies, dass man beim Check-In Voucher für ein Frühstück buchen kann. Das sollte nicht passieren.

Absolutely amazing. Loved it all.
Pros:

This beautiful hotel is a 5 min walk to Graceland. Such good value. It has a cinema room showing Elvis movies and a beautiful pool area to relax by. Breakfast is really good. And rooms are spotlessly clean. Reception area is amazing and the Staff are all so nice and helpful would definitely go back and stay longer.

We had a nice time but were disappointed with the accommodations.
Pros:

The convenience of location to the Mansion & Elvis Complex was great. Food was good I. Both restaurants but I felt the price for the breakfast buffet was a little steep.

Cons:

Everything from Fixtures to furniture are showing signs of age and need to be updated. The hotel was ok & was clean but it was NOT worth over $300 per night.

If you want to see all of Memphis, not just Graceland, stay closer to downtown.
Pros:

Food was solid -- good portions, fair price.

Cons:

This is probably a fine place to stay if you don't come to Memphis on a cruise and you want to spend more than a day at Graceland. We came in on a Riverboat cruise, which required us to disembark at 8 a.m. We couldn't check into the hotel until 4 p.m., so we left our bags and spent $100 in cab fare to go downtown (a 15-minute ride) and back. We were at the hotel for 12 hours, maximum, for which we paid $350, including a resort fee. The only resort I saw was Elvis' place, which, charged its own fee. Oh, and the hotel hasn't refunded the $50 incidentals fee yet. Resort fees are waaaaay out of hand.

Hôtel pour visiter Graceland
Pros:

La proximité avec Graceland. La musique de Elvis Presley en continue.La piscine était incroyable.

Cons:

Ce n'était pas très propre ! Les chambres sont vétustes, avec de la moquette de partout qui est en mauvais état. Le robinet d'eau froide ne fonctionnait pas bien ( très peu d'eau qui s'écoulait). Nous avons passé 3 nuits sur place, à aucun moment notre chambre n'a été nettoyée ni les serviettes de bain changé !

Schönes Hotel, nicht nur um Graceland zu besuchen
Pros:

Wir haben hier gebucht um Graceland zu besuchen. Von Graceland war ich positiv überrascht. Ich dachte immer, das sei nur für Touristen aber es war ein wunderschönes Haus, in dem fühlbar war, dass dort gewohnt wurde und nicht nur ein Museum. Das Gästehaus ist direkt gegenüber. Es fährt kostenlos ein Shuttlebus oder man kann auch laufen. Es gibt abends um 19 Uhr für gut eine Stunde live Musik in der Lobby. Die Zimmer waren sauber, schön und komfortabel. Wir haben 1x auswärts gefrühstückt und 1x das Buffet in Anspruch genommen. Preislich war beides fast gleich teuer, sodass wir das Buffet empfehlen würden. Die Auswahl war toll, Waffeln und Omeletts werden frisch zubereitet. Alle Getränke sind inklusive, auch Softdrinks. Der Pool war geöffnet und richtig schön; nur viel zu kalt. Unsere Kinder haben sich leider unterkühlt. Aber das lag an der Jahreszeit. Ein beheizter Pool wäre klasse gewesen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen.

Cons:

Der Pool sollte beheizt sein und wir hätten uns mehr Elvis sichtbar im Hotel gewünscht. 1x haben wir im Restaurant gegessen, das wir nicht empfehlen können. Das Essen war max. durchschnittlich und der Service gelangweilt und unfreundlich.

An experience rather than a stay.
Pros:

The Guesthouse was not cheap by any means but it was less of a stay, rather it was an experience. My wife is the Elvis fan and the stay gave wall to wall Elvis, his music played everywhere, you could go to view one of his films every evening, have free peanut butter and jam sandwiches with chocolate milk every evening (apparently his favourite food) and live music in the lobby. There was a free shuttle from the airport and also to Graceland itself.

Cons:

We wanted to stay a further night but apparently the computer system was down and we had to move out to another hotel which was annoying. The staff all seemed to be using the computers and new guests continued to arrive so actually unsure as to whether this was true or not.
