Pros:

The location close to Graceland Museum and house. Close to the airport for transport. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms well equipped and very clean. Also quiet. Couldn't hear anything outside the room so got good night's sleep. The staff are helpful. The resort fee of $10 a night covers phone calls, airport transfers, and much more. Free shuttle bus between the resort and the museum every half hour. It was winter so didn't use the pool area, but it looked nice. Would stay again as the Memphis tours all stop to pick up from there. It was fit for a king.

Cons:

Two restaurants, the a la carte was not open for dinner on the two nights we were there and because of location, outside restaurants limited. That is all.

It is a beautiful facility. I really enjoyed my stay there.
Pros:

The property was immaculate and very well kept

Cons:

Some of the high traffic carpeting seems to be a bit worn out. I stayed on level five and there is loose fibers sticking out of the carpets now. The elevators look like they’ve been used thoroughly. There’s scratch marks on the side.

Cons:

I left my ID back at my friends house in Greenville. I never need ID anywhere in the world I have travelled and so didn't give it a thought. The front desk made me feel stupid and called for the manager. He then put my account onto my friends room without telling us so when we checked out it was a nightmare. You had put charges on my room from a previous customer which I am still waiting for the rebate.I have stayed here twice before in 2024 and 2022 and not had a problem, I will not stay again in 2028 when I next visit, we will go back to days inn where we used to stay many times where the staff are more efficient. We like the Guesthouse but your front desk have put us off for good. I recently recomended my next door neighbours to you as they where visiting Graceland etc. They too had problems with your front desk and where not happy. When I travel to the US from here in the UK I expect good service not the shambles you provide.

Glorious Graceland Getaway
Pros:

Our second stay and the best place to base yourself for a tour of Graceland - gorgeous themed decor, comfortable rooms, evening entertainment and lovely caring staff. Pool is perfect too for hot sunny days

Thank you staff at the guesthouse
Pros:

When we first arrived, the valet and the front desk staff were awesome!! The girls at Deltas kitchen were also awesome!! We loved the fact that the swimming pool was always clean, had clean towels every time we went to the pool... housekeeping made sure our room was clean every day, which is something you don't see often in hotels... the peanut butter and jelly sandwich older gal was so pleasant and friendly towards everyone, and hopefully I didn't forget to mention any staff but EVERYONE of them deserves a round of applause for everything they provide... this is our third time there and I can assure you it won't be the last... to everyone at the guesthouse.... THANK YOU from the Molina family

Het was een mooie ervaring om in dit hotel te verblijven.

De ligging was zeer goed. De kamers waren ruim en hygiënisch.

Cons:

Er was te weinig associatie met Elvis Presley. Het voelde niet alsof je dichtbij Graceland was.

Amazing experience, grateful for the shuttle services
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful the details were outstanding can’t fault the hotel

There’s nothing about the property I didn’t like

The man on the food and beverage counter (shake rattle and go) (older guy) was awfully rude to my mum for no reason and threw money at her in an angry manner, we were shocked to see he was employee of the month, everyone else was lovely and pleasant
