Elvis utopia.
Pros:

Exactly what is advertised.
For elvis fans with Graceland over the road this is utopia.
Free shuttle over to Graceland from the hotel.
Hotel itself is beautiful.
Elvis music played around the hotel,
Some great photos of the man himself.
It’s fairly subtle regarding memorabilia which I thought added a bit of class.
Live music every night we were there.
An elvis film on the cinema every night.
Peanut butter and jelly sandwich and chocolate drink served at 9.00 free of charge.
We loved our stay.

Wonderful
Pros:

We loved everything about it! Shower was great, hotel had a good scent, the entertainment was excellent! Would recommend to everyone. The only downfall was the street construction in front of it.

No Grace to be given here
Pros:

It is close to Graceland but that is it.
Walking anywhere is literally impossible because right out the front the road is under construction and all the footpaths are not functioning

Cons:

The property is very isolated. And it’s very rundown. For what I paid the property needs a referred. In my room there was three lights which were continuously selecting and on seeking help for this the staff are not interested.
The staff had no enthusiasm, no communication and I found that they were not interested. I found the gardens were bedraggled and the two restaurants they offered the food was very much below average.
I have travelled a lot and I found this as I’m very disappointing. Stay.

Fantastic overall, a memorable Elvis experience. The premium we paid, was worth it.
Pros:

In house cinema, cocktail bar with live music, coffee and meals. Shuttle buses to both Graceland and the airport.

Cons:

My only criticism ... should have been serving fried peanut butter and banana sandwiches instead of peanut butter and jelly.

A special experience
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse and our time at Gracelands. The hotel and our room was clean and comfortable, the pool was great and all staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic although quite pricey and would be better to be included in the price.

Cons:

Food was pricey although it was a good standard.

Nice hotel and very convenient to Graceland
Pros:

Grounds were beautiful with some outdoor seating. Restaurant onsite. Movies were fun and PBJ’s were also fun.

Cons:

Expensive- nowhere close to go to eat so we were kind of forced to eat breakfast which was $30 per person for the buffet. Good, but not worth $30.
Pool was closed. Area around the hotel was not safe.

Good overnight stay
Pros:

Great location next door to Graceland and lots of parking

Cons:

Had breakfast, not inc in our room rate. Sat down, buffet explained, found out there was a menu you could also order from which server didn’t mention afterwards. No explanation of how/when to pay so we left after eating as it was busy. When coming down to reception to check out and intended to pay for breakfast the server was waiting for us by the door and was quite rude about us not paying. She marched off with my husband to pay. Didn’t think this was really necessary we were made to feel like we were trying to get away without paying which we were not. All reception and coffee bar staff were lovely.
