המקום היה יפה מאוד. החדר נקי וטוב המיטה נוחה כולל כלריות ומגבות. אין ספק שהמקום ברמה גבוהה. ארוחת בוקר טובה אם כי יקרה. המוסיקה בלובי לקראת ערב

לארוחת ערב היינו צריכיםלהמתין חצי שעה למסעדה. היות שמגיעים כביכול לריזורט שלא יוצאים ממנו כדאי לייעל את המסעדה בשעות העומס.

Great location but a little overpriced
Pros:

The hotel was clean and most of the staff were friendly. Location excellent

Cons:

Plastic glasses and paper cups in bedroom. Not enough tea and coffee or sugar on hand. Don’t like plastic sticks to stir with and no kettle even when requested. Not good for English tea drinkers. For the price expected more

Great Stay at The Guesthouse
Pros:

Great stay from the location, the beautiful rooms, friendly helpful staff, excellent pool, fantastic restaurants, superb coffee shop and not forgetting John on Valet Parking... great Guy loads of help.

Cons:

Few little details in our room like wallpaper lifting, few marks appearing on the walls etc. Get on these quick before people ruin it.

Pros:

Everything was superb! Staff was exceptional. Safety was their top concern and it showed. The room was super clean, absolutely comfortable and top notch. A very gorgeous hotel. The on site restaurants were delicious and fair priced.

Stay with the king to feel like a king
Pros:

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our trip. The rooms, the hotel, the pool, the grounds. it all feels very luxurious.

Cons:

Breakfast is a bit chaotic, most of the time there is a line and a wait where you're handed a 'buzzer'. Staff at the restaurants aren't the most friendly.

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Spacious and attractive rooms with comfortable beds. We enjoyed the Elvis movies and playing table games. We appreciated the close proximity to Graceland and the shuttle. Friendly staff and beautiful atmosphere.

We really had no complaints.
