宿泊料金の安さ。

Cons:

古いのは仕方ないが、清潔感がない。
お部屋のじゅうたんも、シミだらけだった。
顔や手を洗うソープもなかった。

エアコンが正常に作動したこと。

Cons:

窓が開く訳ではないがキチンと閉まらない。
冷蔵庫は自分で電源を入れないと使えない。電源を入れればすぐ冷える訳ではないので、実質使えない。
バストイレの床にゴミが残っていた。
禁煙の部屋を予約したが、エアコンを入れた途端にタバコの臭いが広がった。

業務のための一泊だったので、快適でした。
Pros:

プライベートが確保できる。

Cons:

ティーバック等のサービス品が少なすぎる。お茶だけでなくコーヒー等もあったら喜ばれるでしょう。
スリッパも紙製で良いけど、もう少し大きめだったら喜ばれるでしょう。
