I have the pleasure of staying at your hotel and overall, my experience was quite positive. The staff is incredibly friendly, eager to please, and responsive. The check-in process was fast, friendly, and efficient, which was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel.

However, I have encountered a few issues during my stay that I wanted to bring to your attention. When I entered my room, there was a water leak in the bathroom that had not been properly addressed. I informed the front desk of the issue, but upon returning to my room last night, the water was still present. Although the leak is not greatly impact my stay, I thought it was worth mentioning for future guests' sake.

Additionally, I experienced some extreme disappointments during breakfast. While the staff were still incredibly polite and responsive, the buffet was empty (4 dishes were empty) and the porridge (only dish available) was cold when I arrived. I had to request that the staff heat up some soup, and many of the other dishes had run out. Although the staff did their best to accommodate me, I believe that this was more of a training issue than a laziness issue. Also there are many health issues with the food. The butter has spoiled and a few other things might cause some illness to guests because they are not properly being keep. Additionally, the coffee had been sitting for quite some time and tasted stale. The toaster was also not functioning properly, which resulted in not being able to prepare fresh toast.

Despite these issues, I had a wonderful night's sleep and found the bed, linens, and pillows to be incredibly comfortable. I hope that these issues can be addressed to improve my future guests' experiences at your hotel.

Stayed here for one night only because we had an appointment in Kuningan City in the next morning. This is a decent budget hotel right in the middle of the business area, but unfortunately there are some cleanliness and maintenance issues in this hotel.

The room is plain and simple, typical for a budget hotel, but I noticed some cleanliness and maintenance issues in here. For example, the walls had cracks and stains, debris found in one corner on the floor and the tile walls in the bathroom stall have molds on them which is pretty disgusting. I also found a stain on my bed sheet as if the bed linens hasn't been properly cleaned. The beds are comfortable however. The room maintenance and cleanliness should be improved, even for a simple budget hotel. Also I noticed two empty plastic cups on the desk but no tea or coffee provided in the room which is weird (only complimentary waters).

The location is very good and strategic. It is located along Jalan Dr. Satrio in Kuningan where it is home to four shopping malls; Kuningan City, Mal Ambasador, ITC Kuningan and Lotte Shopping Avenue. You can reach one of these malls by foot, as long as the weather is good. Mega Kuningan is within 10-15 minutes walking. For eating, both Mal Ambasador and ITC Kuningan has several cheap food stalls in the food court as well as affordable restaurants, but if you're looking for more upscale restaurants you may head over to Lotte Shopping Avenue or Mega Kuningan. If you like Padang cuisine, there is a Sederhana restaurant just two blocks from the hotel.

Service was good and the staffs were all friendly.

We didn't try the wifi in the first day as it was interrupted by the bad weather. We only tried it in the next day and it worked fine.

As the buffet restaurant was closed due to the pandemic, breakfast was delivered to our rooms. It was okay, although the options were limited when we first booked our room.

Overall this is a decent budget hotel and a good place to stay in the middle of the city if you're in a budget, but the cleanliness and maintenance of the room should be improved to make it more nicer, even if it's just a budget hotel.

Recently stayed there for 5 days, 16 to 21 Feb. As a hotelier, I impressed with their hospitality. Made me regret that I did not know them, years back, when I visited Jakarta more often. Definitely will be back! And I can recommend to my other friends. To named few: free flow mineral water, coffee and tea self service, staff attitude and flexibility.

Simple standard hotel, affordable price for to sleep comfortably. Small room, one lift only to go up and down but have 2 exits staircases, and medium hard soft pillow. Clean, opposite the Kuningan City mall, approx 15mins walk to Lotte Shopping Avenue and ITC Ambassador mall.

The room is nice and clean, the buffet breakfast are simple from bread, coffee and Indonesian food eg.rice, noodle, congee, chicken, fried eggs, which are all yummy to fill your morning. In the hallway they have hot water dispenser. No refrigerator in the room, only safety box.

Night time is very noisy if you are on the exit near their storage room and on the other exit the noise comes from the road due to the traffic, this is if you get the room in 2nd floor.

Breakfast is so delicious especially their fried rice and plain sambal. Omg its sooo yummayyyy... strategic location for a business trip like me coz it takes me 5 minutes walk to embassy. What amazed me the most is the service given by the staff. They are so polite, warm and helpful. Totally recommended..

The hotel is strategically located in the heart of Jakarta. It has fast wifi and it is clean. The staffs are friendly. The price is good. Breakfast is okay. Everything that I need for a short business trip.

Where do I start...
First of all, I have to move to other room because the exhaust fan in the bathroom is not working. And they admit that it was broken. Why would they provide such room if it was not ready? At least they allow me to move to other room.

Secondly, the bed it was not truly queen size. It was basically 2 beds combined. So, it's a bit hard on the middle part. I know I'm alone, but still, this is uncomfortable.

Other thing that you should know that they didn't provide laundry. They can help you deliver your clothes to third party laundry. But it will take 24 hours.

And the breakfast is standard.

Amaris hotel is nestled at strategic location around Kuningan area, which has plenty of malls and embassies surrounding the vicinity. My wife & I stayed only 1 night for visa application purpose which is just across the hotel. When we got into the room, it's not properly cleaned and there are some bugs coming from the window.
Fortunately they let us switch to another room, and the problem does not end here. The room literally has zero sound proof and thin wall or windows! If you stay at rooms facing the main street, you will hear the non stop traffic even till past midnight (FYI : my room was at 5th floor) or listening to your neighbor taking shower / slamming the door/ etc... !

This hotel is very conveniently located close to many of the embassies in Jakarta. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights to arrange new passports for our kids at the Dutch embassy. Location is very central, close to a few nice malls and easy access to main roads through Jakarta. The rooms are small but adequate. We had to book 2 rooms because an extra bed doesn't fit in a room and they don't have family rooms. The room needs a place to store your clothes and suitcase / bag. The rooms are small already and with your stuff scattered across the floor it becomes hard to move in the room. Shower design is not the smartest and everything gets wet, even in the room if you are not careful. Breakfast is very limited, mainly focused on an Indonesian diet with rice, vegetables & chicken available every morning. Omelettes are made fresh but other then that and toast there is not much choice for people that don't eat rice for breakfast. The frontdesk & security staff was very friendly and helpful although their English was limited except for 1 girl which seemed to be managing the place. All in all a pleasant stay but the hotel could use some improvements.

The location is very good. But everytime we enter the lobby it smells very fishy. Not sure it is from the sawage or the kitchen. Our food and drink that we put on the kitchen (they do not provide fridge in the room, so you have to give the food or drinks to the front officers and they will put it in their kitchen) are so smelly. They really need to clean the kithen.

I stayed at the hotel for one night.
The room was basic clean small and compact. Wifi was ok for browsing.
The breakfast selection was Indonesian style.
The hotel was located across from the Kuningan city mall.
There was a couple of bars within easy walking distance from the hotel.

The room was so nice, i really like to stay a night in amaris. Location of this hotel in the center of company and shopping mall. So you can go to lotte avenue, or mall ambassador, or for more far away is kota kasablanka..
I got my breakfast food, it was delicious enough for me, with small variant of menu. But you got what you pay.

This Hotel nestled ini prime location, close to shopping market, really best budget Hotel. They maintain and care for the cleanliness, the service provided was excellent. Security staff really helpfull and the reception staff very friendly. Breakfast taste is very good and really nice set up, simple but elegant. Surely recommended Hotel....

Located across Kuningan City Mall, this hotel near to business area at Central Jakarta. Don’t expect much for the room, because the room really small but still lovely. Lucky me, I’ve got the room with window that face the main street. For budget hotel, Amaris offer complete amenities. Surprise with variety of food for breakfast. Quite disappointed with the housekeeping. Around 8 am in the morning when they start cleaning the room. They talked so loud each other, singing, yelling. It’s totally annoying for the guess who wants to sleep til afternoon.

Good value for money. Had a really nice stay. Great breakfast every morning.

I was stay in this hotel for 3 straight weeks.
Location: very good, directly in front of 2 big mall.
Cleanliness: clean enough.
Room size: small, but we be not a problem for a single traveler.
Breakfast: not so much choice
Staff: friendly and polite. also, the security was often help me to cross the crowded road to reach to the mall.
Laundry: not applicable at the moment, but they have another third party that the hotel can support.

The location is great. The hotel is clean, the staff are nice, the breakfast is okay. The room is small but it's enough for two. We olny bring 2 backpacks, and the bed is nice. The sheet is also clean. Hot water is available 24 hours. Overall I'd like to stay here again.

I stayed here for 2 nights because it has a great location near Kuningan City Mall where the EU Visa Centre is.

Simple, compact and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff (s). Thanks to the security always helped me to stop cars so I can easily cross the busy main road to/from the mall.

Wifi is fast, great amenities. So far happy with my short stay.
