Отличные апартаменты для комфортного отдыха! Квартира очень просторная: две отдельные спальни, каждая со своим санузлом, и большая гостиная с кухней. Много мест для хранения, большой балкон с обеденным столом и двумя шезлонгами. Кондиционеры работают прекрасно, кровати большие и удобные, матрасы и подушки — мягкие. Постельное белье и полотенца немного изношены, но идеально чистые. Есть духовка и посудомойка — удобно для длительного проживания. Совет: взять с собой таблетки для посудомойки, так как поблизости их не продают.Территория комплекса зелёная и ухоженная. Два бассейна, вода всегда чистая. Шезлонгов немного, но свободные места были всегда. До моря идти всего 3–4 минуты. Есть небольшой участок неудобной дороги (примерно 50 метров), дальше новый асфальт. Строительные работы в районе завершены, тихо и спокойно. Нет пыли и шума, о которых писали в более ранних отзывах. Через дорогу расположен супермаркет Tops (около 150 метров). Отдельно хочу отметить приятные бонусы: каждое утро на ресепшене бесплатно выдают свежие кокосы, а ещё есть велосипеды — удобно доехать до большого Tops, фруктовых лавок и массажных салонов (особенно понравились Zenza и Namm Spa). Уборка была раз в три дня - для нас это было оптимально. В целом всё очень понравилось, чувствовали себя как дома. Обязательно вернусь сюда в следующем году!
Расположение идеальное. До моря 5 минут, два замечательных бассейна, тренажерный зал, супер территория, супер персонал! Спасиииибо!
Апартаменты 140м2 не сравнятся с отдыхом в отеле. Просто огромные просторные апартаменты, очень вежливый персонал. Заселение заняло 2 минуты. Хорошая ухоженная территория, чистые бассейны, за сауну и бесплатные велосипеды отдельны плюс.
Уже были в этом районе ранее, он сильно преобразился в лучшую сторону, множество новых кафе и магазинов. Переживали за стройку, но к счастью она уже завершена и никакого шума.
Спасибо, вернёмся ещё!
Large and spacious apartments
And that's the end of the pluses, from the very beginning of the stay at the hotel everything was wrong.
1. I booked a penthouse, for which they apologized me and told me that they had a mistake and the penthouse was occupied for another 2 days, so they can give me a regular apartment and give me a discount for the entire stay. Ok, but the discount was on the cost of a penthouse, they didn't recalculate the cost of 2 nights in a regular apartment and 5 nights in a penthouse.
2. When we were moved from the apartment to the penthouse, it was a complete disappointment. We were moved to the old building, and the room was in a worse condition. Many amenities that were in the apartment were absent in the penthouse.
3. During the whole time, they cleaned only 1 time, respectively, and took out the garbage only 1 time
4. To get to the pool, which belongs to the penthouse, is a whole quest, you need to get out of the room to climb the steps to the roof, open the doors with a key and voila, you are on the roof. There are still steps and here you are. "Great view" 2 sunbeds and a table, the benefit is at least under cover. If you look at other buildings and their penthouse roofs, everything is great there, beautiful trees and plants on the roof itself, everything is empty and old here!!! To get to the pool, which belongs to the penthouse, is a whole quest, you need to get out of the room to climb the steps to the roof, open the doors with a key and voila, you are on the roof. There are still steps and here you are. "Great view" 2 sunbeds and a table, the benefit is at least under cover. If you look at other buildings and their penthouse roofs, everything is great there, beautiful trees and plants on the roof itself, everything is empty and old here!!! And this measure was called a penthous only through this roof!
Perfect Location, close to the Beach

Gorgeous apartment, excellent facilities, cleaning, and staff were all so polite,friendly and helpful.
Location perfect, for getting into town or waking to beach.
Building works, the biggest pool right next to it, constant building noise from 7-7 everyday. Such a shame as the entire complex was so good, this just spoiled relaxing by the pool.
The apartment was perfect for our needs, large living area and the kitchen was well equipped so we could make food in the apartment.
The team are very friendly, the standard of cleaning in the room is very good.
The pool is very nice
The location is pretty good, not directly on the beach but a short walk, convenience store is a short walk. A full service supermarket a 5 minute taxi trip away.
The construction next door is a bit annoying, they do follow noise rules though and don't work late or start early.
Walking the streets around the construction might make a nervous traveller wary.
Like a lot of streets in Thailand there are no footpaths so if like us you have young children you need to be confident to walk on the side of the road with a stroller.
We had no issues with it the workers and other road users are used to working around pedestrians.
The location was great and the space for our family of 5 was adequate. The lap pool was great and the facilities were clean. The cleaners did an excellent job with cleaning our apartment.
There is a lot of construction in that area of Bang Tao right now, so there was a lot of construction noise at the apartment. The gym is very small with not a lot of equipment.
The space we had was amazing, we were very much left to our own devices but staff were available if we needed help (like when I couldn't work out how to open the safe). The pool was amazing, we virtually had it all to ourselves. The beach was very close by.
There was a massive construction site opposite our balcony. To be fair it didn't bother us very much at all, they have a job to do and thats fair enough. The whole area is being developed so in 5 years time it probably won't feel as remote.

Bell and Maa at reception were very friendly and welcoming. Bell helped me to track a package i was waiting for, phoning the driver etc.. They both speak and understand english quite well. The apartments are very spacious and comfortable. Cleaning every 3rd/4th day. We stayed 10 days and would have stayed longer if possible for us. 100% recommend!!
Construction around the property, however it did not bother us at all.
Close to shopping and restaurant areas such as Porto de Phuket and Boat Avenue for eating dinner and buying groceries (7 minute drive)
Easy access to Bang Tao beach, especially via free bicycles (5 minute cycle) to watch beautiful sunset
Staff were friendly and helpful
Provide free coconut drinks delivered to you room upon request
On site facilities include 2 pools (1 leisure and 1 25m) both of which were pleasant and a gym (bare minimum of equipment which is sufficient)
My apartment overlooked a construction site so there was a lot of dust on the balcony and in the apartment. Hopefully that is completed soon.
The air conditioner in one room broke one night, but was fixed the next day.
huge pool, clean and fully equipped. also they offer free coconuts throughout your stay. staff are friendly and helpful. great to have free bikes for loan also. free clean drinking water throughout stay.
water pressure in the showers was not great.
