Pros:

It’s a new and nice hotel, which was fully rebuilt after earthquake, it was exactly the same as expected.
Special thanks for stuff, we had a long way for next day after staying in the hotel and they helped to find taxi, to check anything what we asked for.
Breakfast is not open buffet but you’ll have your own set of delicious things, in the Turkish style.

Cons:

Room is a kinda small and it was too low space there but at same time bathroom is big

Great hotel!
Pros:

Excellent hotel in the center of Antakya. The rooms are clean, the staff is polite, the breakfasts are great. I have been staying at this hotel every year for 8 years, the quality is always excellent. I will come again.

Pros:

It’s clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were very helpful, and especially Ali who helped me contact intercity bus company to confirm my preferred travel time. Everyone was so nice.

Cons:

It took a while for the fridge and aircon to start working. Also after cleaning, window was left at unlocked position, which can be a risk to one’s property safety.

Great hotel if you need to stay in the city center.
Pros:

But the inside of the hotel was quite comfortable. I didn't feel unsafe about the building itself. The staff is kind and very helpful. The breakfast was great. I would stay again.

Cons:

The location is a bit daunting at the moment. This is because the earthquake ruined every building around the hotel.

Pros:

Hotel management control Air conditioning, room was hot . You could not even sleep at night . During the day temperature was 30 degree Celsius. It means almost 100F. If you open the window you cannot sleep because of the construction activity around the hotel . Hotel over charged with price I paid, that’s unfair.

Pros:

There had been an earthquake in 2023 and the area around the hotel had been destroyed. Many historical sites destroyed too so we left after two days. Who ever built the hotel and the Hotel Museum built them to sustain earthquakes.

Pros:

I marked the area as excellent not to do any injustice to the hotel. Antakya is demolished after the 2023 earthquake and the surrounding area is also damaged heavily. However the hotel offers excellent service and amenities under these harsh conditions.

Property is great. Buuldings around it are distroyed because of 2023 earthquake! It's a pitty that this beautiful historical town is damaged like that. Staff is helpful and great to work with. But language issue.

Çok iyi yönetilen, yeni ve güzel bir otel. Personel ilgili, bilgili, ve çok yardımsever. Otelle ilgili her şey muhteşem.

Sadece ne yazık ki otel Antakyanın en gürültülü bölgelerinden birinde yer alıyor. Odamızın hemen karşısındaki gece kulübünden sabah 01:15 e kadar çok yüksek seste gürültü geldi. 0:00 da resepsiyonu aradığımda onların ricasıyla biraz kıstılar, ama gene de uyunacak gibi değildi.

Eğer 01:00 den önce yatmayacaksanız sorun yok.
