Pros:

Staff were great

Cons:

Standard rooms have no external view - I immediately upgraded

Balcony rooms face the main road & are somewhat noisy

Bed was hard & not particularly comfortable as a side sleeper

Given the number of high ratings, I was totally underwhelmed & would not stay here again

Awesome staff and convenient location.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful, friendly, and welcoming - they were easy to talk to and they attended to all our needs. The location is quite near the beach. The breakfast was good. We expect to book Jony's boutique hotel when we go back to Boracay.

Good location and staff however best paying more per room rate for higher standard hotel -

Pros:

Food and staff exceptional. Breakfast amazing, best we have had. Dinner in Pigout amazing too. Very clean and great location. Highly recommend.

Only thing is rooms dont have a view/natural light but nothing else really.

Pros:

The staff are soooooo cool and kind. They really go above and beyond to make sure your experience is wonderful! The location is so close to the beach (just across the street) but does not have the noise of the beach front and street area. The restaurant PigOut which is a part of the hotel is phenomenal. There are long lines with people from all over the island waiting for a dish from them! We got delicious, complimentary breakfasts each morning from PigOut. But honestly the staff from start to finish were gems. Special shout out to the everyone working there! You guys are awesome, working tirelessly and always patient. Please get some rest and stay safe! My husband and I will definitely be back again.

Cons:

Nothing. It’s great and my room was always quiet and cool from the aircon. I didn’t like that we had to leave.

Pros:

Nice place, lovely staff, delicious food in the restaurant.

Cons:

Water heater was not working for 80-90% of our stay. Even the 10-20% of the time when it was working, it was only warm, never hot. We were told by the staff that there were too many guests and the hot water heater could not handle it. For a hotel charging 4K+ pesos per night -- in the low season -- there's no reason they can't have adequate hot water heaters.

Also, the room we were given is not the one we booked. The room we booked (Standard Double) shows a window and one bed in the picture. We were given a room w/no windows (and two beds).

4K+ is very expensive for a windowless room w/no hot water.

Also, the transfer option to the airport is very quick and efficient. But don't let them tell you you have to leave 3.5 hours early. You'll end up arriving at the gate 1.5-2 hours prior to boarding. The airport is very small, w/no data and no WiFi. (Me and my friend both lost our signal within the airport). Food options are very limited. I understand that the hotel wants to avoid problems (CYA) and ensure their guests are early. But when we asked about the schedule for the speed boat, they would only repeat over and over that we need to leave the hotel 3.5 hours before our flight. (What's the point of a speed boat if you have to leave extra early for it?) If you want your guests to have a nice vacation, have enough respect to communicate the schedule to them, and let them make their own decisions about how to arrange their time.
