Loved staying here! Marco is an excellent host.
Pros:

Fantastic host with loads of personal recommendations. Large studio with balcony and AC. Bright and airy. Easy to find.

Cons:

No balcony furniture and had to pay for towels and sheets. Shower door was broken but host reassured that there were parts ordered but not delivered yet.

Pros:

Grazie a Marco per la gentilezza e disponibilità! Con un briefing iniziale, fornisce tutte le indicazioni per vivere al meglio le bellezze dell’isola, a cominciare dalle splendide spiagge. L’appartamento è stato ristrutturato di recente, molto luminoso, ampio e confortevole. Molto utile avere anche la disponibilità di parcheggio. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la possibilità di ospitare il nostro cagnolino: ci torneremo volentieri, è stata una bella esperienza.

Pros:

Marco is a fantastic host. He knows everything about the joy of La Madalenna. He provided us with tons of informations and recommandations. The apartment is very well located, very clean and comfy. The balcony is awesome to have dinner.

Cons:

It would be nice to have sponge and dishewashing soap provided, but except from that everything is perfect.

Vacanza alla Maddalena
Pros:

Ottima posizione, tranquillità. Vicino al paese, volendo si può andare anche a piedi, idem x alcune bellissime spiagge.
L appartamento ristrutturato e ben arredato, in buone condizioni. Marco il top! Gentile, disponibile e generoso, una persona splendida!

Cons:

In casa manca il phon, il ferro e l asse da stiro, cosa di cui eravamo informati, forse x un soggiorno lungo potrebbe creare qualche disagio. Non c'è ascensore, anche di questo eravamo informati.

Leuk verblijf met vriendelijke eigenaar
Pros:

Heel vriendelijke eigenaar, gaf veel informatie over het eiland en wat je kon doen. We hadden autoproblemen en de eigenaar heeft ons direct geholpen 👍 de kamer was ook heel ruim met goede airco.

Pros:

Tutto, è comodissimo per chi si sposta in macchina, c'è un comodo parcheggio e l'appartamento è ristrutturato. Marco gentilissimo e molto disponibile a dare informazioni dettagliate e spiegazioni sull'isola e le sue spiagge. Ci ha fatto scoprire delle vere chicche paradisiache, non esitate a chiedere!

La nostra esperienza presso Blu Baita è stata semplicemente perfetta! La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è ideale, con una vista splendida e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi o in pochi minuti di auto dalle principali attrazioni della zona.

Un ringraziamento speciale va a Marco, un host impeccabile: sempre disponibile, gentile e pronto a dare i migliori consigli. Grazie a lui abbiamo scoperto ottimi ristoranti, tour indimenticabili e persino un giro in barca che ha reso la vacanza ancora più speciale. Posizione pulizia wi-fi cordialità del proprietario

Cons:

Consiglio una maggiore controllo su piccole cose che però possono peggiorare il soggiorno (in particolare la sostituzione delle lampadine non funzionanti, specialmente sul terrazzo)
E una attenzione maggiore alle parti comuni
Piccole cose che possono fare la differenza
Ritagliare uno spazio per il deposito bagagli (c’è posto per farlo, basta pensarlo)

Pros:

The host, Marco, is fantastic! He keeps you well informed, and makes the stay flexible and convenient. Communication works well. The accommodation was roomy, and the location was a walking distance from the town center. For the taller individuals, watch your head in the toilet space!

Cons:

At the end of the season the accommodation is in need of some maintenance. Some lights didn’t quite work, and the bed was squeky.
