Pros:

La habitación era cómoda y la ubicación. El desayuno muy bueno. La argentina del bar excelente atención.

Cons:

El baño. La ducha está mas alta que el piso y no tiene declibe. Tuve que llamar para que saquen el agua del baño.

Limpieza del suelo de la habitación. Iba descalza y acabé con los pies muy sucios. Estaría bien tener una papelera en la habitación, además de la del baño

Fijn hotel!
Pros:

De locatie, het balkon op het zuiden de hele dag zon, het uitzicht op het strand van Arenal en het kanaal met boten.

Cons:

De bedden zijn niet goed. De matrassen zijn slecht, de binnenvering kraakt verschrikkelijk. Er moeten nieuwe matrassen komen.
De fauteuil moet ook vervangen worden door een nieuwe, de stof is vies en de fauteuil kraakt ook.

Cons:

Bufete de comida todo muy básico , no bien cocinado,baja calidad del producto . En el armario , había pelusas que llevaban años . Al utilizar el bidé salía agua(sucia) por el desagüe de la ducha ,con el consiguiente olor,lo desatascaron en poco tiempo. Las ventanas no cierran, tienen las pestañas partidas nos quejamos ,nos llevaron a otra habitación y estába igual…le dijimos que como se quedaban siempre abiertas si nos facilitaban la llave de la caja fuerte(1 euro y poco al día)en cortesía ,nos dijeron que lo tenían que preguntar que es una empresa externa(un poco raro me parece cuando es una caja fuerte de hace mil años que tiene que ser la llave como la de un castillo) y hasta la fecha ….nunca nos respondieron .
