Hotel IMPERSONNEL. Personne a l'accueil le soir et personne le matin.nous étions seul dans cet hotel. Même la taxe n'a pas été payée.

Pros:

Struttura accogliente, stile vintage, ma funzionale e gradevole. Ottima posizione. Tranquillo, ma vicinissimo al centro. Parcheggio in strada gratuito non lontano.

Cons:

C’era un po’ di odore di candeggina all’arrivo. E’ girata qualche zanzarina perché abbiamo tenuto le finestre aperte. Ma direi un dettaglio.

Estada confortable i molt amables. Lloc molt tranquil.
Pros:

Un hotel còmode i ben situat. Al costat de la parada del bus que va a l’aeroport. Van ser molt ambables i ens van permetre deixar les maletes tot el dia i les vam recollir abans de marxar.

Lovely stay in Santiago de Compostela
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Santa Clara hotel, very pleasant & helpful staff, great location to centre of the Old town & beautiful cathedral, shops, restaurants & bars ❣️ Beautiful garden area to enjoy breakfast in the sunshine!

Bus to & from the airport costs only €1 per person & stops right by the hotel both ways, brilliant value

Cons:

A fridge in the room to have cold drinks as the weather was 31'degrees, also having no Air conditioning but we did have a fan !

Cheap price but not worth the facilities.

Cons:

The old pillows and mattress . I caught bed bugs here , don't suggest this hotel as it's very basic per 1 star rating .
Room 102 needs a new mattress and pillows - at least for a 1 start they should be the best quality ! Staff did change the linen & said they didn't see bed bugs . Of course not as they only appear at night & they are usually on the side of the mattress depends on their grow stage too.
It was super noisy from the traffic and there is no aircon so window needs to be opened .

Un oasis dentro de la ciudad

La cercanía al centro, la terraza para desayunar rodeada de árboles te hacen relajarte y evadirte de la ciudad.
El desayuno es fantástico
Y la amabilidad de la recepcionista es excelente.

Pros:

La persona que nos atendió.

Cons:

Sin aire acondicionado, le pegaba el sol todo el día por lo que a medio día era insoportable el calor.
El desagüe de la bañera atascado.
