No funcionaba la TV.
Tardaron mucho en darnos la segunda habitación. Fuimos a un evento y llegamos muy justos por eso.

Nos dieron la primera habitación pronto pero la segunda bastante tarde y muy separadas, cada una en una punta.

No había ya calefacción y hemos pasado frío, las instalaciones se van deteriorando y no se arreglan. La alcachofa de la ducha rota.

Cons:

el aparato de la calefacción estaba apagado,nos dijeron que en abril se solía apagar de manera centralizada en todo el hotel y nos tuvimos que conformar con un calefactor que nos dejaron en recepción y fue un fin de semana lluvioso y con frío.

Cons:

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Zwischentür zum Nebenzimmer, somit war es sehr hellhörig. Könnte einem eigentlich egal sein... Wenn aber der 'Nachbar' bis in die Nacht hinein telefoniert, empfinde ich das als sehr rücksichtslos. Nach meiner Beschwerde bei der Rezeption, kehrte sofort Ruhe ein. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür...

Nije dobro stavljena lokacija.Hotel je daleko od centra Madrida a piše 0,6 km od centra.Za nekoga ko putuje prvi put veoma zbunjujuće.
