Os colaboradores do hotel são super prestativos e atenciosos. O hotel é um prédio antigo, mas aparenta que passou por reformas, deixando o ambiente um pouco moderno. O café é simples, mas aceitável.

Cons:

Tive problemas com a acomodação, pois tinham mini baratas no quarto. Solicitei que melhorassem na limpeza para espanta-las, mas todos os dias reapareciam, infelizmente isso me decepcionou, não sei dizer se é devido a localização do hotel. A localização não é boa, vim de outra cidade e soube que é uma das regiões de SP bem perigosa. Devido a esses pontos, minha estadia não foi boa.

O chuveiro de um dos quartos não estava aquecendo, a recepção foi informada, no entanto em momento algum foram verificar a queixa. Tomamos banho frio durante toda a estadia.
O outro quarto, no banheiro, não havia saco de lixo.

Cons:

Ferias frustradas, tudo agendado para dias fantásticos, porém troquei de quarto por 2 vezes , tendo transportador toda a bagagem pelos elevadores e corredores do hotel. Frustado com o café da manhã, hotel todo cheira a cigarro desde a garagem até os quartos.
