Stay next door at Hampton Inn
Pros:

The staff that monitored breakfast did a great job.

Cons:

This hotel needs a lot of work. It is falling apart and not clean at all. Pool was broken but we were allowed to use the Hampton Inn pool which only showed us that Hampton Inn is a much better choice. Elevator walls were coated in grease and other scum. Front desk workers sat outside and smoked. Our bathtub was clogged with hair. We we were traveling with a huge group and everyone had complaints. We come to New Castle every year and next year we will be staying at Hampton Inn.

Pros:

The facility was clean and staff were friendly. Room accommodations were good which included a fridge and coffee. The bathroom was a great size and had plenty of counter space.

Cons:

The bed and pillows aren't the best. The shower door wouldn't stay closed where as the bathroom door wouldn't stay open. The pool seemed clean, but the pool room seemed a little in disarray. There were tools in the area, holes cut in the wall, and the pool towels were more like hand towels, could use bigger towels.

The hotel met all expectations and I was very satisfied with the property and staff.
Pros:

Conveniently located to the venue I would be visiting, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

No complaints… my one night stay was a pleasant experience.

A good stay, I’d stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, free bottled water was great! Cookies were a nice surprise.
