Good value, centrally located, hotel in Santiago
Pros:

Good location. Clean spacious room. Helpful friendly staff. 10 minutes walk to Cathedral. 5 - 10 minutes walk to bus and train stations. Beside shops and cafés.

Cons:

Nothing really, good value for price we paid.

Well located, good value hotel in Santiago.
Pros:

Good location, near old city, 10 minutes walk to Cathedral. Train, Bus Station and bus stop for Santiago airport, are about 5 minutes walk. Hotel is in a shopping area, with many cafés and supermarkets. Twin room was spacious with two windows. No noise from street. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Cleaning staff also friendly and helpful. There is an elevator.

Cons:

All was fine really, for the price. Bath/shower, like many Spanish hotels, is slippy and requires one to be very careful. Also a small fridge would be good.

Hotel bien ubicado, limpio pero con servicios básicos.
Pros:

Ubicación cercana al centro histórico y a la estación de trenes. Limpieza de las habitaciones.

Cons:

No tiene más que lo básico. Ofrecen desayuno solo en temporada alta. No tienen ninguna máquina expendedora de bebidas calientes ni snacks. Tampoco tienen calentador de agua en la habitación para hacer un te o un café. Muy básico.

Pros:

Perto do centro, funcionários super prestativos e simpáticos, ambiente limpo. Quarto amplo e silencioso, com espaço para trabalhar. Chuveiro com água quente e banheira espaçosa. Bom aquecimento! Me deixaram guardar a mala antes do check in e depois do check out. Perto de cafes, restaurantes e supermercados. E perto da estação de comboios.

Cons:

O Wi-Fi oscilou algumas vezes, o meu lençol tinha um furo. O ar condicionado fazia ruído sendo difícil dormir a noite. O lixo no quarto era pequeno.

Pros:

Good location easy to find,close to the Cathedral,restaurants and shops.Check in was easy.Room was clean and quite.We were able to leave our bags in storage as our flight was late.

Cons:

Sockets beside both bed didn’t work.We asked about breakfast the second morning and were given times but when we came down we were told there was no breakfast available.
