A perfect place with warm staff: Stay here!
Pros:

The staff were the warmest, most helpful I have ever encountered in all of my years of travel. They went out of their way to assist in solving a lost disability equipment problem from the airline, with care and compassion.
The food was excellent; high quality breakfast buffet, imaginative takes on dinner dishes. Great location. I would absolutely stay here every time I come to Madrid.
And oh yeah, I could get an oat milk matcha latte!

One of the best experiences of hotels in Madrid
Pros:

Great experience, beautiful hotel, the staff was very helpful, polite, friendly and atenttive. They went out of their way to help me with a lost piece of luggage calling the airline and clearing things out. Marvelous location Atocha train station, El Retiro, the Royal Botanical Garden and many museums. Stores and wonderful streets to walk through. Welcomed my dog with a wonderful display of treats, plates bed, and a blanket.

地理位置好，就在火车站旁边，对面马路的地铁站可以直接到火车站很是方便。博物馆也很近

Cons:

很吵，楼上楼下走廊的噪音很多，当天到的时候是周六又听到酒吧的各种喧哗声。房间还是挺小的，设施都有磨损的痕迹！
