La decoración y el estilo del hotel. Excelente atención del personal. Todo muy limpio e impecable.
No encontré nada que no me haya gustado
El hotel en general es bonito y moderno. La habitación fue buena pero no excepcional. No muy grande pero tamaño suficiente. Agradecimos mucho las cortinas black out y, a pesar de que había construcción en la calle justo afuera del hotel, no se sentía casi nada de ruido.
El colchón me parece que podría haber sido mejor, era muy blando, por lo que al despertar estaba en un "hoyo" y tenía que moverme para encontrar el lado firme.
El restaurant rico pero caro. Pedimos una tabla de queso, que era pequeña y venía servida en un papel.
Hotel excelente. Mas o diferencial são os funcionários. Educados, receptivos e fazem de tudo para atender as demandas.

Todo el entorno del hotel está maravilloso, su ubicación frente a la estación atocha es una gran ventaja para los turistas.
Por decir algo las obras que están haciendo al frente le resta por ahora visibilidad al hotel, todo lo demás excelente 10/10

ホテルの雰囲気が16歳の息子にフィットした。特にインテリアが気に入った。ロビーや廊下の雰囲気も良かった。部屋もウッドや鏡を効果的に使っていた。オレンジ色のバスローブも雰囲気が盛り上がった。スタッフもとても親切で観光地への行き方や地下鉄の運行状況も教えてくれた。ウェルカムドリンクも頼みにくいが、どんどん勧めてくれて飲みやすかった。暑かったので喉が渇いていて助かった。Andrea、Mikiありがとう。ロビーのパン屋も美味しく感動した。驚いたのは最上階の朝食。景色も素晴らしいし、メニューも豊富、スタッフもスマイルで卵料理も絶品であった。
事前にツインでリクエストしていたが、ダブルベッドだったのは残念であった。チェックイン時にリクエストに応えられなかった旨を伝えてくれていたら、もっと良かったかもしれない。コンシェルジェに紹介してもらったSea Food Restaurantがホテルの紹介という事で安心していったが、注文のプッシュが強く、価格を訊いても数量次第と曖昧な回答で結局、支払いが高くなってしまった。
Geweldig hotel! Alles klopte: vriendelijk personeel, warme ontvangst, interieur, design, bed, kamer, alles top. De ligging is perfect. Om de hoek van het mooie park en recht tegenover het centrum met tapas restaurants etc. Beveiligde privé parkeergarage direct onder het hotel. Aanrader!
