Wir mögen das Hotel aber die Substanz des Hauses bröckelt stark - mit unübersehbaren Folgen.
Pros:

Wir mögen das Hotel wegen seiner Lage und dem freundlichen Personal.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist über die letzten 10 Jahre ohne wesentliche Sanierung mittlerweile stark abgewohnt. Vor allem die Betten sind mittlerweile massiv ausgelegen.

Barrierefreies, unkompliziertes und freundliches Hotel.
Pros:

Nahe öffentliche Verkehrsmittel; Barrierefrei; Frühstück ist schon okay, darf man sich aber nicht zu viel erwarten; Nettes Personal;

Cons:

Leider am späten Abend und am frühen Morgen eine laute Straße, weniger durch die Tram, sondern durch Autos, Fenster schließen empfohlen, allerdings wird es dann im Sommer sehr warm.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, das Bad sehr geräumig, da rollstuhlgerecht.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war eine Enttäuschung. Wer gerne gesunde Vollwertnahrung mag, sollte das nicht nehmen. Nur weiße Brötchen, kein Obst (nur ein schrumpeliger Apfel lag noch rum, keine Haferflocken, oder etwas, dass den Namen Müsli verdient, nur drei Sorten Zucker-Popps, Nur eine Thermoskannen Kaffee mit kalter Milch, zwei Sorten Wurst und Käse (die billigen Sorten) dafür fades Rührei und harte Eier. Das einzig Gute waren die Tomaten. Das Hotel ist nicht der Betreiber des Frühstücks-Buffetts, die haben ein Abkommen mit dem Restaurant und sind dankbar für Feedback.
