Pros:

The hotel locates at a quiet place, near a bus station

Cons:

The bathroom's floor is a bit unsanitized which make you feel slippery. The electric fan was too weak, as we stayed in Berlin when it was about 30-33 degree at night and we were hard to sleep

​Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! Es hat mir alles sehr gut gefallen. Die Apartments sind super gemütlich und komfortabel.
​Ein großes Plus: Uns wurde komplett ohne Probleme ein Kinderbett bereitgestellt. Der Administrator war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hat alle meine Bitten sofort erfüllt. Ich war wirklich positiv überrascht und begeistert von so viel Hilfsbereitschaft — er hat mir bei allem geholfen und mir sogar ein Ladegerät geliehen!
​Ein wunderbarer Service. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nice and affordable stay.
Pros:

Updated facility, nice beds and bathroom for universal access. Italian restaurant at the street level I never visited due to the heatwave. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

During a heatwave it was clearly missing air conditioning and a refrigerator in the rooms. Had to park in the street further away than recommended streets by the staff. Staff members had limited English speaking skills, but were very friendly so everything was solved easily.

Pros:

Ruhige Lage, gute Anbindung an die Stadt, auch wenn man etwas Zeit braucht. Ich mag den sozialen Charakter des Hotels sehr! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist für Berlin unschlagbar!

Cons:

Gerade wurden die Straßenbahnschienrn erneuert. Dafür kann aber das Hotel nichts...
