Pros:

Was man wissen muss:
Dieses Hotel ist nicht für Luxusansprüche geeignet. Alles ist eher einfach und etwas älter. Wenn man das OK findet, ist es eine top Adresse, da alles sauber ist und das Personal sehr freundlich. Lage mit Anbindung zur Stadt und Queens Waterfront super.

Good place to stay for a few nights
Pros:

The property located just a minute from a metro station and has very nice rooftop.

Cons:

The room wasn't soundproof, you could always here some noise from the restroom and corridor.

Pros:

Très bon séjour dans votre hôtel, le personnel était très aimable. Ils sont venus très rapidement lors de notre petit problème de coffre. A 150m du métro le top! Petit déjeuner très bon malgré que c'était le même tous les jours.

Cons:

Le manque de variété du petit déjeuner.

Byl jsem příjemně překvapen, jen pár kroků od metra, velmi prostorné pokoje a hlavně čisté.

Nous avons adoré l’hôtel et les activités à New York
Pros:

L’emplacement est pratique en venant de JFK : l’arrêt de métro est à 100 m de l’hôtel, ce qui permet d’aller à Manhattan en moins de 10 minutes. Le quartier est calme et il y a des services à proximité. Le personnel de l’hôtel est vraiment adorable.

Cons:

Le simple vitrage. Cependant, le quartier étant calme, nous avons tout de même très bien pu nous reposer.

Super clean and the hot breakfast was tops!

Cons:

The roof top deck was underwhelming. It looks better in the photos. The picnic tables were flimsy but the view was nice. There is not enough nice furniture to make it a hang out spot.
Perhaps planning a happy hour or board game time could make that space more attractive and user friendly.

Pity, could be much better
Pros:

Localisation, breakfast

Cons:

The stuff was not friendly and helpful at all, especially at the desk. They were not willing to solve an issue, first it was dismissed, than I was promised falsely it will be solved, then it was ignored. Phone contact with manager was deeply upsetting and only showed that they don't care about their guests at all.

Lugar excelente.
Pros:

Es un hotel excelente todo está cerca, la estación del tren está a dos cuadras y mucho lugares de comida cerca, muy buena atención en recepción y en el restaurante.

Cons:

Pongan más opciones de habitación de dos camas ya que mayormente uno va en familia.
