Ein gutes Hotel, freundliches Personal. Frühstück war auch gut. Die Lage ist perfekt.
Pros:

Ein gutes Hotel und große Zimmer für New Yorker Verhältnisse. Es gab einen kleinen Kühlschrank und eineiige Möglichkeiten für unsere Sachen zum verstauen.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war recht laut zum schlafen.

Terrible noise from night club
Pros:

We checked in this afternoon and at first this little hotel seemed fine. It is very close to the subway, very simple but clean. However, in the evening, it's a different story : very loud techno music started next door making it impossible to rest or sleep. The staff who seem accustomed to this situation, could only provide ear plugs as a solution. However, noise cancelling headphones and ear plugs can't cover the constant pounding.

Great price and good breakfast
Pros:

Breakfast was really good. The food was fresh and hot. Bacon was crispy. The hotel was really nice and clean. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel is located right near the subway making it easy to get around.
