To Mach smiling very bad
I loved the hospitality of the staff at the hotel, very accomodating and always there to help. Close to local stores for groceries and other restaurants. There are stores on the strip when you enter if grocery supplies are needed asap and a few restaurants as well. Brilliant :)
The only thing that could top my stay which I exteneded is that if they offered complimentary Tea and Coffee satchets and for some reason, the bathroom constantly smelled of swerage even though there was house keeping daily.

It says in the elevator ads : comfortable bed, but my bed was not. It is value for money, but it definitely needs better maintenance and cleanliness.

I had a very pleasant stay at Starlet Hotel Serpong. The hotel is clean, modern, and surprisingly stylish for a budget-friendly place. The room was compact but very comfortable, with everything I needed — clean sheets, good air conditioning, and fast Wi-Fi.
The location is also super strategic, close to Summarecon Mall and lots of local food options. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I also appreciated the smooth check-in and check-out process.
Overall, it’s a great choice if you're looking for a clean, safe, and affordable hotel in Serpong. Definitely recommended for short stays or business trips!
