Pros:

Great location and Rein was really hospitable. We received warm welcomes and parting gifts. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.

Home away from home!
Pros:

A beautiful hotel in the heart of Hanoi, we visited this hotel multiple times whilst in Vietnam and it felt like we were returning home every time. The staff are incredibly friendly (a special thanks to Rein and trainee, Tom) and the breakfast was amazing! Loved the design of the rooms, separated toilet from shower, more hygienic. Overall, delighted to have chosen Bespoke Trendy! Would highly recommend!

Worthy of repeat visits
Pros:

As Old quarters can span across a big area, this sat at the rim of it, is 3mins away from the train street, is at slightly more quaint street, beautifully designed hotel, rooms and just very comfortable stay. Was at the Junior suite and it's fabulous size. Breakfast is a nice selection, cosy setting and does not feel wasteful. Perfect for travellers who support boutique sized operations, love a well designed room or space, comfort and on a thoughtful travel plan.

Had a staff Rein attend to us thru the trip. Overall very fruitful trip & experience.

Geweldige ligging en top personeel
Pros:

De ligging was ideaal om Hanoi te voet te verkennen. Comfortabele kamers. Het personeel deed alles om het verblijf vlot te laten verlopen. Bij een daguitstap hadden ze zelfs een zakje met snacks klaargezet voor onderweg. Naast het hotel is een bijhorende spa met zeer goede massages. Deze zit wel in een iets hogere prijsklasse dan de kleine massagesalons langs de straten, maar voor ons was het deze meerprijs zeker waard. Toen we na een meerdaagse uitstap terugkwamen voor 1 nacht kregen we een gratis kamerupgrade. Het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid met Vietnamese en internationale opties.

Cons:

Enige minpuntje was dat in één van onze kamers het water van de douche niet warm werd. We hebben dit niet gemeld, maar waarschijnlijk hadden ze dit anders wel opgelost.

Hotel de bon niveau et bien situé pour visiter Hanoi

Très bon petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet. Communication aisée avec le personnel qui parle anglais. Hôtel bien situé pour visiter Hanoi

Cons:

Nous avions réservé une chambre avec fenêtre mais celle qui nous avait été attribuée initialement était à un étage bas donc sombre avec une vue sur un mur. Heureusement, nous avons pu changer de chambre pour être sur un étage supérieur qui comportait de fait une vue plus agréable.

Schönes Stadthotel. Perfekte Lage. Seh aufmerksames Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Wenn, dann höchstens dass wir ein sehr, sehr kleines Zimmer bekamen. Vielleicht war das aber auch dem Umstand geschuldet, dass wir bereits morgens einen Early-Check-In bekamen (für einen kleinen Aufschlag mit Frühstück).

Visite du centre d’Hanoi entre amis
Pros:

Cet hôtel se trouve en plein dans. Le centre de la vieille ville, idéalement situé pour se promener dans les rues marchandes et aller voir le train street qui se trouve juste derrière l’hôtel ! L’accueil a été très personnalisé. Les personnel et souriant, agréable, parle anglais et nous demande tous les jours si tout va bien. L’hôtel est très propre, moderne, bien entretenu. Le petit déjeuner international propose un grand choix. C’est d’un excellent rapport qualité /prix pour un hôtel de cette qualité au prix de 70 euros pour 3 nuits ! Il y a un bar et un SPA à l’hôtel.

Cons:

Attention à ne pas prendre de chambre sans fenêtre, il faut prendre la qualité supérieure et demander un étage élevé au dessus du 6eme. Sinon la fenêtre donne sur une cour très sombre et on ne voit pas le jour. Initialement au 4eme étage, ils nous ont donné la possibilité de changer de chambre et demander monter au 7eme. Le service est de grande qualité pour cela.

Pros:

We boekten dit hotel als laatste nacht voor onze terugvlucht. We hebben de Trendy Suite gekozen, die zeer ruim was en erg comfortabel.
De service om de koffers na checkout achter te laten voelde erg vertrouwd door de ruime hoeveelheid personeel en de extra service om op bij ophalen ook nog eens op te kunnen frissen en zelfs te kunnen douchen was een aangename verrassing.
We komen hier zeker weer eens terug als we weer naar Hanoi komen.
