Bespoke Trendy Hotel Hanoi

The Bespoke Trendy Hotel was an excellent choice for my family. The room was very spacious and clean. When we arrived, we were met by Mei who went above and beyond in her hospitality. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and both meals were excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay.

A massive shoutout to Ly Nguyen, the absolute MVP of the hotel! From the moment I checked in, she went above and beyond. She introduced me to Hanoi’s top attractions and local food spots, and to make things even easier, she added me on WhatsApp and sent over all the Google Maps locations. She checked in on me daily to ensure my trip was going smoothly. Ly is incredibly detail-oriented and made everything so seamless. Even on the day I left for the airport, though she wasn't on duty, she thoughtfully arranged for her colleague to pass me a sweet farewell gift.

As for the hotel itself, while it might not be the newest property in town, it is incredibly comfortable. They offer a great pillow menu, and the bed provided an amazing night's sleep. The breakfast selection isn't massive, but it’s a case of quality over quantity—everything was simple, fresh, and delicious.

The location is also unbeatable. It’s tucked away in a quieter spot but still central ("quiet yet bustling"), with most major city attractions within a 10-minute walk. On top of that, every single staff member I encountered was warm and helpful.

This hotel offers incredible value for money. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you the team for such a wonderful experience!

As usual, Bespoke Trendy location and staff were excellent. Since my last stay they have tweaked their room comforts slightly with selection of pillows and bathroom amenities, even better than before. The staff are always hospitable, professional and supportive to guests.

The service is outstanding amongst so many countries i have been to — staff are warm, attentive, and go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The rooms feature a super trendy, modern design with stylish decor, and a chic, relaxing vibe.

Great place to stay in the old quarter of Hanoi! Great location, great staff, tasty breakfast and beautifully decorated French contemporary rooms. The location was close to every thing but on a side street so not as frantic as other hotels. At breakfast, along with the wait staff, there were ambassadors in purple Vietnamese dresses that helped with questions and concerns, we had issues with our safe, which was resolved by the time we finished breakfast and we asked for a tutorial on how to say “please”, “thank you” and “pardon me”. We appreciated the attention to detail and their friendliness. The rooms were large so by the time you un packed you did not feel like you were sleeping in a closet plus a wonderful ambiance. We have stayed in other hotels in the old quarter the staff, food and room size is not as good as the Bespoke Trendy hotel….

We had such a smooth and enjoyable stay in Hanoi, and a big part of that was thanks to Ly! From the moment we arrived, she took great care of all our needs and made everything so easy and stress-free for us. Her kindness, attentiveness, and thoughtful gestures — including the farewell snacks she prepared for us — truly made us feel welcomed and cared for.

Thanks to Ly, we had a peaceful and memorable experience, and we will definitely return to this hotel the next time we visit Hanoi. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Best Park Trendy Hotel! The hotel was spotless, very comfortable, and the whole team was incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. We especially appreciated all the little thoughtful touches, including the small gifts they gave us when we left. A special thank you to Ly for her kindness and professionalism — she made our stay even more enjoyable. Everyone was so friendly and helpful throughout our trip. I stayed with my youngest daughter for 2 nights in Hanoi following our initial arrival in Vietnam. Bespoke Trendy Hotel sets exemplary high standards of hospitality and service. From our arrival and warm greeting with a complimentary refreshing cool beverage, dehydrated fruit snack and heated moist facecloth to our departure, the experience at this chic boutique hotel was faultless. Particular compliments are owed to the skilled Concierge, Dũng, and the reception team plus the excellent staff servicing our room. We had a room on the 6th floor at the rear of the hotel which was most comfortable, clean, well presented and quiet. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom facilities were superb. My daughter delighted in having a complimentary manicure, offered to all guests. The Parallel Cocktail Bar in the hotel basement is a novel place to enjoy refreshments. The complimentary buffet breakfasts served in the upper floor restaurant, with a rooftop terrace, were divine with a wide delectable selection of beautifully presented food, catering for all tastes and preferences. The table staff were most attentive to guests requirements. Bespoke Trendy Hotel is located in the Old Quarter of Hanoi within a short walking distance to a diverse range of traditional street vendors and eateries. It is within easy walking distance to many historic attractions or a ride via 'Grab' driver makes transport around the the streets easy and at negligible cost. We were farewelled at the door on departure by all the reception team and given a small gift, making us feel like VIP Royalty. We would most certainly stay at this establishment again on future return visits to Hanoi and most highly recommend Bespoke Trendy Hotel to other travellers.
