員工服務很好，想體驗當地火鍋，服務人員帶我們去點餐。入住贈送免費美甲及單趟計程車接送到按摩店，CP值非常高！早餐雖然不多，但都很好吃！

The quality of the hotel and genuineness of the staff made our stay wonderful.
Pros:

Staff were amazing. Breakfast was excellent. Had dinner one evening at the restaurant and it was also excellent. Will definitely stay there again.

My suite was on tge top floor in next/adjacent building plus need to walk one level up without lift access. Breakfast back to the main building 😒. Up with another elevator again....

Fantastic hotel with great staff.
Pros:

Location was great. Staff were extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were comfortable and a great size. I felt at home.

Cons:

Walls are thin so it could be noisy - could hear showers, toilets flushing, full conversations, etc.

Special thanks to Zoey for her thoughtful and warm service during our stay.
We stayed for three nights and everything was extremely comfortable and pleasant.
Every time we returned to the hotel, we truly felt well taken care of.
At check-out, Zoey even gave us a small gift, which was such a lovely surprise.
We really loved staying here and will definitely come back again next time!❤️

Our stay at Bespoke Trendy Hotel was absolutely incredible and far beyond our expectations. The hotel itself is beautiful and comfortable, but it was the amazing staff who truly made our experience unforgettable. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and genuine.

A very special mention goes to Ly, who took such wonderful care of us during our stay. She went above and beyond with thoughtful recommendations for restaurants and things to do, and her kindness and warmth made us feel completely at home.

This trip was extra special because I proposed — and she said yes! The team made the moment feel magical, and we couldn’t have imagined a more perfect place to celebrate such an important milestone in our lives.

We are so grateful to the staff (especially Ly) for making our engagement trip so memorable. We will always remember this stay and can’t wait to come back. Highly, highly recommend! 💕
