Havre de paix dans l'agitation de la vieille ville
Pros:

Personnel très souriant, aimable et prévenant, faisant tout son possible pour aider les clients.
Situation très calme malgré la position très centrale; excellents restaurant et très bon club de jazz à proximité immédiate.
Service de lavage/repassage des vêtements très rapide et peu cher.

Cons:

Les chambres standard sont petites. Le personnel a fait tout son possible pour nous trouver une chambre de la catégorie supérieure, à peine plus chères mais beaucoup plus grandes.
Salle de petit déjeuner bruyante et trop exigüe aux heures de pointe.
Déçus par les prestations du spa, quelconques et plutôt chères.

Nuit blanche donc aucun intérêt de payer une chambre si on ne peut pas y dormir

L’emplacement dans la vieille ville, la propreté et la décoration, l’amabilité du personnel

Cons:

Une chambre dite deluxe où malgré mon 1,60m je pouvais toucher le plafond avec ma main nous donnant l’impression d’être dans une boite à chaussures, et surtout surtout juste derrière les 2 minuscules fenêtres de la chambre la climatisation centrale de l’hôtel qui faisait un bruit sourd et insupportable en continu, jusqu’à faire trembler le mur et le lit adossé à ce même mur

Pros:

Everything, staff amazing, rooms clean and very nicely decorated. Breakfast very good and lots of selection & portions. Would definitely stay here again. Very walkable, very close to train st with no train noise. In Old Quarter which we love!
