Pros:

Availability of the guys in the kitchen

Cons:

Air-condition was not working.

We spent 40 mins to do the check-in, because the receptionist was new and could not manage the booking corectly.
No bottle opener available we asked in the kitchen.
No hdmi cable to connect the tv to laptop , we brought ours and forgot it there and they did not even bother to check when we called to ask if it's there plugged in the TV.

Forkert reklameret med antal man kan være på et værelse

Det var rent og pænt

Cons:

At de på booking havde vist et deluxe værelse som værende til 3 personer når det ikke kunne så vi skulle betale mere og havde booket et deluxe værelse uden grund. De var virkelig ikke hjælpsomme med at få løst vores problem. Deres vaske service fjernede snoren i to par af vores badebukser så vi efterfølgende er blevet nødt til at skaffe nye.

Great stay!
Pros:

Het ontbijt was erg lekker en genoeg keus voor ieder. De behulpzaamheid van het personeel was ook top!

Cons:

Je moet beetje geluk hebben met de kamers en naast wie je terecht komt ivm de tussendeuren kan het soms erg gehorig zijn van de buren. Bijv. Kinderen of televisie. Na het aangeven hiervan vvan kamer verplaatst naar een zonder de tussendeur. Goede service.
