For me, this isn't a place that I'd return too.
Pros:

Easy check-in and check-out.

Friendly staff at front desk.

Definitely hotels location.

Major plus is the availability of smoking rooms.

Cons:

No elevator.
No comforter, just another bedsheet to act as a comforter/blanket.
Rooms in need of remodeling/upgrade.

You can enjoy the night life if you want.
Pros:

The hotel is located at the center of city’s most bustling adult shop area. So you can see and enjoy something different than other city sightseeings In Philippines.
The staffs are energetic and kind.
And the restaurant in the hotel was good especially with the Korean cuisine.

Cons:

The hotel is mainly for men, not for families.
You should choose the hotel knowing that point.
