Die beiden Zimmer der Familienwohnung waren gross und bequem. Die Klimaanlage war vorhanden und funktionierte. Auch die Badezimmer war genug gross. Es wurde jeden Tag geputzt und die Zimmer waren immer ordentlich und sauber. Ein Föhn war dabei. Wir bekamen jeden Tag neue Poolbadetücher, die wir auch für das Meer benutzen konnten.
Durch die Undichtigkeit der Türen und Klimaanlage kamen aber diverse Kleintiere hinein, sprich Eidechsen und kleinere Insekten. Dies wird aber in der Hinweistafel aber geschrieben, da das Hotel mitten im tropischen Grün ist, das das Riskio besteht.In einem Zimmer roch es nach Toilette, vor allem wenn es heiss und trocken war. Ich dachte der Gestank kam aus dem Reinigungsabflüssen oder aus der Schüssel. Ich habe ein paar mal gereinigt und abgedeckt, aber der Gestank blieb. Ich meldete es an das Putzpersonal. Sie reinigten nur die WC Schüssel mit Chemie. Bis ich selber herausgefunden habe, dass der Gestank von der fehlenden Silikondichtung um die WC Schüssel am Boden kam. Weil die WC Schüssel wahrscheinlich ohne grosse Dichtung auf dem Abflussrohr gesteckt ist, kam der Gestank von da und über die Löcher in der Silikondichtung. Ich teilte es dem Verantwortlichen der Instand Stellungen mit und er dichtete sofort mit Silikon ringsherum um die WC Schüssel am Boden ab. Ab dann war der Gestank verschwunden. Ich schreibe dies, weil in mehreren Bewertungen dies vorkam und bin der Meinung, dass das Hotel nicht wusste wie es lösen, was die Managerin jetzt dankte

Sødeste personale. Det var OVERFORVENTNINGERNE. Smukt og roligt sted. Vi boede her for 100kr pr nat hvilket var super billigt for sådan et sted!

We really enjoyed our recent stay at hacia. We were there for two weeks. The rooms are basic but very tidy, room cleaning is prompt. As there are only a few rooms the resort is quiet and relaxing. So nice to leave your room, straight onto a lounger. The pool is fantastic. Great lagoon design for kids. Balls and floaties provided. There is mini golf, petanque and badminton. The equipment is old but use able. There is a bar area but it is underutilised since the removal of coco splash. So disappointed this had been demolished. Otherwise highly recommend hacia for families. Good location in Lamai, away from the hustle of the main street but easy walking distance for little ones.

We were not sure about the hotel because of the reviews but when we got there we were more than happy. The rooms were ultra clean, spacious with a nice bathroom. The pool was not deep but it was great. There was a mini putt and a bocce ball space. The staff is very nice and the cleaning ladies dis a great job. Would go back anytime.

Overall a comfortable stay, but the facilities and cleanliness could use some improvements. The shower barely had pressure and the amusement park was not in the best condition

Supernöjd med allt på hotellet förutom wi-fiet som ej fungerade på rummet. Annars var allt toppen, städtjejen var supertrevlig och duktig precis som killarna som städade runt poolen :)

Lovely small resort with the rooms around the pool. Nice sun loungers and parasols make it comfortable to relax and pool a few steps from your room. Looks like it was once a water park but everthing no longer in use. Very pretty gardens all well maintained. Great place to stay if you like to chill out by the pool, there is also lots of shops, bars and restaurants within 5 minute walk down the road towards the beach.

Different from usual Samui hotels, quiet, clean and family friendly. Especially with small children. Shallow pool.
Good walkable distance from beach and businesses, but not too close to noisy night life.
Good value for money.

We bought a 10-night stay under the impression that the hotel is part of a waterpark, but only two slides are available (the rest have been removed). All slides are built in concrete, leaving scratch-marks. The pools are also built in concrete, leaving bloody feet for our children. Overall review is that the pictures no longer represent the reality (they are probably taken a couple of years ago), leaving you very disappointed - especially if you have kids.

Good clean modern room ,great pool, great staff ,great location. A nice quiet oasis set back from the hussle and bussle of the busy main tourist district . The best of both worlds. Only negative the restaurant didn't seem to be open for dinner but there's plenty of eating options with in a short walk. Safe pool for families with young ones .

Spacious family room with connecting rooms. Nice and clean . No reception facilities after 5pm. Water park was great for kids .

Hotel has strange policy of cash only. Need to pay for extra bed which I did not request and deposit for room keys after prepaid everything in full. Had a hard time communicating with staff. Hotel looks aging, most facility already run down.

Room facilities is too old, the tap in shower rooms even broken and toilet in one of our room got stuck. It's can't be called as "resort" but more like a motel. I been traveling alot and I think the price paying per night here is way too high

We were group of 9 to 75. Everyone enjoyed the facilities provided. Staff wonderful, cheery lot and very helpful, rooms always clean and pool. One hundred meters from main strip but before you get there you pass two really good restaurants Molly's and Pad Thai. Pad Thai best Thai food ever and we were all over Thailand. Molly's best Italian outside of Italy. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Hacia. When you reach the main strip turn left for quieter lamai and some other good restaurants or right for wild nightlife. Only suggestion cover all break food available......Thailand has flies
